Snail rolls.
RECIPE for snail rolls.
120g sugar.
11 g dry yeast.
200 ml warm water.
200 ml warm milk.
Mix everything well.
2 egg whites.
90 ml vegetable oil.
Mix everything together.
Sift 750 g flour.
8g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
There is no need to stir this dough.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Dough diameter 35 cm.
Grease the dough with vegetable oil.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Fold the dough like I did.
It is so easy.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of milk.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!
The rolls turned out very nice!
