You have a lot of guts this has happened to most young boys I deleted my bad vids towards you .

Thank you for sharing. I have similar experiences and though lifting makes me feel good, there is noting like the feeling of reconnecting with my interior wounded child who never got to experience true love before.

I had to get tattoo sleeves to cover my scars from all the kinds of abuse, your story resonates so strongly with me and thank you for sharing your story. I'm so sorry all this happened to you 😢 You're awesome, and you give me hope in a time where hope is hard for me to find. Thanks man, so much ❤

Oh my god brother I am so sorry. You are a very strong man. I grew up in an abusive home with a physically abusive father who abused me, my severely autistic brother, and my mother for years until I beat him bloody for hitting my mom when I was 22 and I could overpower him. It greatly impacted me and still does I have had seriously harmful experiences from my own hand by substances and alcohol addictions. My temper from my traumatic experiences have landed me in jail. I have a lot of respect for your situation. Keep going. The most damaged can become the best people if we do the hard work.

Man it is easy to post heavy lifts to feel good about yourself, but being this vulnerable takes true strength. You are making a difference, and I am proud to know you!

I'm sorry you went through all this, brother. You are truly inspiration, but i hope part of your strength came about by knowing you're not alone. You'd be surprised how much of what you've seen and been through is relatable. Respect and love.

It took some serious courage to share this. I deal with trauma of my own and it manifests with me playing characters in real life to both protect myself and cope. With that said, I've got nothing but respect and even some degree of admiration for what you're growing into. As I've said before, keep being you.

It probably doesn’t mean much but I have a lot of respect for you not just because of your lifts but the fact that you take the time to share this and make these types of videos…I grew up with drug addicted parents I won’t go into much detail but I remember being in 7 car accidents with my mom I have issues with driving at times especially if someone else is driving…my dad is still to this day on drugs but currently he’s locked up probably going away for a good 10-20 he really screwed up this time around…me and my mom are trying to have a relationship
