Great video! Here are two key lessons I took away: 1. Embrace simplicity by focusing on what you can control and letting go of unnecessary worries. 2. Practice gratitude daily. R Thanks for sharing these valuable Stoic tips!

I’m 54 and the best thing I ever did this year was close my business of 30 years and change to a very peaceful career. It was scary but so worth it. AND I also changed my phone number . Toxic people will suck the life out of you. I pray that you live a life full of joy.

Epictetus: "He who laughs at himself never runs out of things to laugh at."
Interesting video. My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

I'm really sorry to hear that, man. It sucks when a long relationship ends like that. It's totally normal to feel heartbroken and keep thinking about her. Give yourself permission to feel those emotions without beating yourself up. Take care of yourself-eat well, hit the gym, do things you enjoy.Reach out to your buddies or family for support, or maybe even talk to a therapist if you need to get stuff off your chest. Try to limit contact with your ex and avoid stuff that reminds you of her all the time. It might help to pick up new hobbies or try new things to keep your mind occupied and feeling good.Lastly, maybe try mindfulness or meditation to stay present and accept your feelings without getting overwhelmed. It's okay to take your time and heal at your own pace. Everyone's journey through this kind of thing is different, so don't rush yourself.
