Cream Sauce Chicken (for 2-3 people)
400 gr chicken breast
1 medium onion
1 red capia pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon pepper paste
50 ml hot water
200 ml cream
Half a teaspoon of starch + 20 ml water
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of vegetable seasoning
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Chop 1 red capia pepper into thin long strips. You can chop 1 medium onion as you wish. You can either cut it into small pieces or julienne.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a suitable pan. Fry 400 gr thinly sliced chicken breast on high heat until it is not fully cooked. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the chicken and fry.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the same pan and melt it. Add the chopped onions and 1 clove of crushed garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add one teaspoon of tomato and pepper paste and fry. Add the chopped red peppers and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Then add 50 ml of hot water, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of vegetable seasoning and 200 ml of cream and mix. When it starts to boil, add half a teaspoon of starch mixed with 20 ml of water.
Finally, add the fried chicken and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
