Thanks so much for your questions! Anyone else feel this way about Minimalism too?

I feel the same way about minimalism. I feel like some things about minimalism have made my life very happy and some things have made my life very sad so I will be prioritizing my happiness for this 2022.

(We knew each other in high school) So I did a Google search of your name as I was wondering what you were doing now - and I didn’t have anything better to do on a Sunday at 3am - and I’ve gotta say, I’m really impressed man. Honestly. Keep up the good work!

I can really relate to your creator struggles. _"I don't know what I'm talking about. Why do these people wanna listen to me?"_ (5:09). 🤷🏻♂Also like your approach to that feeling: we're all learning. Having flaws and admitting them to other people is OK and even endearing. I've started my channel as an excuse to educate myself more about minimalism (and also slow living). But it's kind of a strange feeling to picture other people actually watching my content. Like literally on the other side of the world. Mindblowing. Another thing I can relate to is not wanting to be defined (and limited) by the label 'minimalist' (6:59). In my case, I decided from the beginning that I was also going to make videos about slow living. Maybe sticking to just minimalism would help make my channel grow faster. But I'm concerned that I wouldn't be having enough fun if that's all I can make videos about. 'Slow living' is such an open umbrella term, anything I enjoy can sort of fit under it. I for one would love to see videos from you on other topics than minimalism. I think sharing some of your vulnerabilities might be great, perhaps also more transparent videos (social life? friendships? family?). Your channel is one the few that really motivated me to get started and continues to do so. Glad to hear you have no intention of leaving KZitem. Looking forward to your next video! 🎥

After 17½ years in the police, people expect that you know everything. But I don't. There are departments I haven't worked in. And even the fields I have and are working in, I still don't know the answer. As a uniform member, human problems change, or there is just some factors I have never experienced. Definitely haven't dealt with a train / airplane / boat accident, but don't stress I will figure it out if I ever have to as I have had more than enough horrific scenes. Programs needed, oooh I last had training on any windows program last in 2004, so windows 10 is funny, and know the systems will only be upgraded to Windows 11 probably once it is near being replaced. Then again, I can use most of the things I studied to read people, and getting answers before I am told underlying side effects. Be prepared to think on your feet, which I love to do, and asking for help when I don't know or can't get a solution.

Damn Daniel we are having a very similar self discovery phase, but in my reality I am still 23 and single (don’t know if this is positive) and I am very indecisive about what to do. From moving to US and working (not legally) in any area to try a place in famous architecture offices at Brazil 😂😂😂 COVID caused an internal commotion where I became more in doubt of which path to choose.

Hi, Thanks. Personally, have been wondering how you convinced a non-minimalist Mrs. to be more minimalist and/or if you adapted yourself to be a bit more like her. Note, please, that there are designers who are both minimalists AND maximalists. Y’re part Canuck😃? Will view more vids. Cheers.

Man that background music was annoying... In fact all the music and effects levels were a bit too loud! "The UKs public transport is very good", hmm London public transport is great but other areas of the country can lag far behind.
