This is the part where people bring you their trash, then get upset when you will not accept the junk. Then they proceed to ask, "well, what do I do with it!??". Also, very fun when you get 8 cars in a row and you're the only person scheduled for the donations door. No wifi, no vending machines, and you get to put your phone in a locker while you work. It's kind of a waking nightmare.

So should I think of finding a different job? Can't be any worse than being a custodian.

@@joshuagarcia7488 to each his own. The one I worked for had bad leadership, and rarely a day went by when I had everything I needed to do the job properly. Management sides with the people making the donations rather than their own employees. Because certain people donated "nice" things, goodwill management, where I worked, would allow them to dump their trash on us. Again, no cell phone allowed on your person while working. (I'm *not* 7 years old, I know when to use my phone and when not to) Except for all the people that came in to work via a court ordered community service program.

@@joshuagarcia7488 it's too bad, because it could have been a very good and fun job. I've always liked goodwill personally.
