@@elijahmeilak2906 yes of course, you can switch out any track by rename the pcm that corresponds with it with the new one. I believe my artist track list shows pcm numbers, if not, i will update it. I also have a tutorial on my channel that will show anyone how to create their own pcm music.

Hey JUD6MENT, great work on this!! I love the new music! Thoroughly enjoying it! I had one question, whenever you beat a level with diddy kong, the music stops playing like it should, however when beating a level with dixie kong, the stage music keeps playing with dixie playing the guitar music and it's a little distracting lol. I have tried multiple roms but wasn't sure if this was just a bug or intended? Anyways, great work on this!
@jud6ment

Well each level complete is supposed to be unique, but i am using Ben Zimmer version of dixie victory that is only a single tune. I tried to mix in elements of the stage music to give each victory a unique theme but maybe that was an odd and bad idea on my part. I should fix that.

@@jud6ment No worries man. Thanks for doing all you have done! It's only a tiny minor detail, it's just a little odd occurrence i had noticed when you beat the level with dixie lol. I'll keep an eye out but regardless you have done enough for us in this community. Not trying to come off as nitpicky or anything, your work on this is amazing and makes these great timeless gems shine even more! 👊😀

@@BakedApple989 you can play this on sd2snes. There is also some sort of website that sells cartridges of custom rom hacks, but you will have to research it. Or better yet, i just put this on my modded wii or HDI cord from my pc to the tv, both work.

Odd, trying patching a fresh rom one more time. Are you using a v1.1 base rom of donkey kong country 2? It won't work on v1.0

My second best guess is the emulator. On rare occasions one specific emulator wont work for a game, like how my Wii or Wii U emulator wont let me play the star theme for Mario RPG MSU-1

I would assume I have the right rom. All the music works fine in the menu. It just seems to be missing the exit for the stage. I will have to try a different emu maybe.@@jud6ment

@@elijahmeilak2906 well, if you have a pcm in it should play that instead of the original soundtrack. If the original song is playing instead, then either the patch was not applied correctly, the .msu file is missing from folder, or something is not named correctly

Great job for all those games! I wish you could do the breath of fire series like this. I think this could be easy with Breath of fire II? kzitem.info/news/bejne/0YaEuGh6coh7eHY Lufia 1 and 2 should get the same love treatment. I tried to do Lufia myself bu I don't even know how to loop a song properly. Way to complicated even with tutorials on on the net. Keep going the excellent work!

Lufia 1 i did a long time ago and couldnt even find enough music to finish the complete sound track. I have some music that has the upgrade treatment while other tracks are still playing the original sound track. I might do Lufia 2 one day but not anytime soon. That one is easier to find music. Never played breath of fire before, i may have to eventually. I learned how to loop music from qwertymodo. The tutorials worked but were a bit hard to follow and i ended up asking him questions directly to figure things out. Would love to do a music editing and looping tutorial. A lot of things i would love to do, but i do have a kid and a career so it is hard to find time. Anyway, glad you like what i have done.

@@jud6ment Yes this is taking a lot of time doing this. I spent hours trying to do the final battle sound of Lufia II and at the end I could not loop properly. So i had to put a 30 minutes sound in the folder to make sure the song never ran out while playing... An easy game I would love someone to make in MSU-1 is Tetris attack. You don't have many tracks in the games but this is one of my favorite Snes game! I can't wait to see the next games you are going to make in msu-1! I will surely play again your version on DK after many years with this great soundtrack!
