Really nice build. When you took off for the maiden, that plane looked as squirrels as the day is long! Glad you were able to keep it in the air long enough to get it trimmed out!

Indeed, that was wild. Interestingly, I did actually see that well what the model was doling at the distance at that time, I only heard an internal voice telling me “add power and climb.” To me, it is like the Divine Providence that saved me. Happy flying and thank you for your kind comment, I appreciate it greatly.

Your welcome sir, I really enjoyed the footage. And again the big smile at the end. Is it a 3 channel plane? Greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱

@@meshall9586Thank you again, you are very kind. Yes, three channels: rudder, elevator, and the throttle. We visited the Netherlands several years ago and admired the beauty of the country with the endless tulip fields especially. Happy Spring time.

Oh well saved! THis is a near exact copy of my maiden with a fokker triplane, tail heavy and more power meant mad amounts of nose up.

Cute little biplane. I've had a couple of hairy maidens like that ... always with small models. Larger planes are much better behaved if built right.
