This is a great and ideal topic for fast moving society. The reason being is people talk about stress management. There is nothing to manage in stress, it is little or more is bad. Earlier stage of stress is anxiety. Anxiety occur because of doubt, you are doubting and come up with preconceieve notion of what if so and so happen, that anxiety translate in to fear, that persistent fear builds stress. This is why meditation is more popular let go of thoughts to isolate the mind. Reality only realized by undefiled state of mind.
