Tried to clone one of my favorite American Pale Ales - Iron Mike Pale Ale by Moat Mountain Brewing Company - and came up with a pretty tasty APA! Watch how I try to come up with a recipe that comes close to the target beer. Its very easy to go overboard when designing an American Pale Ale, and accidently turn it into an IPA, be careful not to lose that balance.
