He became the first QB to complete 80% of his passes and 3TD's in a half of the SB and they say he just played ok...If KC kept the game close he would've continued to light them up.Of course it became about running and protecting the ball once they saw their defense couldn't be stopped.

Guys said the opposite before this game: they would never bet against Homey. My response to people who say that has been (since 2007) to not take anything for granted in a one game show down. It's about the matchups and who comes better prepared mentally. Nobody can predict that, which is why the Giants pass rush handed Brady his arse in 2007. Bruce understands that the primary concern is to keep his QB upright though. KC says, eff it, let him scramble all day, we'll win on his individual talent.

Totally agree, being the best quarterback isn’t only about arm talent. Brady excels in the other skills required to be the best quarterback. The arguments that it’s the defense is weak. Yes their talented on D, but they don’t elevate if They don’t have Brady because Brady brings in belief, leadership and good play on the field to help the D try and stay fresh. If you’re a turn over machine like Winston was, then it doesn’t matter how good the D is they will get worn out.

@nopeteys2424

For sure his arm is still top notch, but the exact play you’re talking about shows the difference between the offensive lines in this game. Brady had a dominant O line where he could just stand in the pocket for 4 seconds and then make a great throw, Mahomes had zero seconds in the pocket before he had to scramble. If you switched the QB’s in this SuperBowl it would of been a Bucs blowout of 60-0 Brady would not have been able to escape any of the sacks Mahomes did or make any of the crazy throws he did.

People are focused on what they can see on a TV screen, QB passing and running. They don't understand the biggest skills is in the brain. The ability to read the defense, change a play, set up the assignments, know the route trees your receivers are running and how your receivers will react to the defense, know how the pass rush is coming, manage the clock, show leadership to your team, and keep track of twenty-two moving parts and anticipate where they are going, all in a matter of seconds.

Tom's throwing mechanics make it look effortless, just like Randy's long strides made him look not all that fast. And the throwing motion does cause it to be less stressful on the shoulder and elbow, which is a credit to him for developing it. Mahomes made some spectacular throws in that game, but 9 points, that tells you what spectacular gets you versus efficient sometimes.

Because Brady didn't fall flat on his face and instead accomplished what the haters said he couldn't. Because Brady was impressive in many qb stats, for example the most 20 yard or greater passes in the league. Why not mention how the buc's play was transformed once (I truly believe) the coach was forced to let Brady run the offense. They looked like a totally different team. Anyway I know that no matter how good Brady plays there will always be the Brady haters that can't accept the fact that he won his seventh Super Bowl. Accept the fact that Brady may not be the fastest QB in the league or the QB with the acrobatic throws or the QB with the most impressive stats. Yet for 21 years he has proven the expert's analysis wrong and instead has been a very consistent winner. Remember there's always next year. lol

Can a quarterback win 4 Super Bowls in 7 years with 2 organizations....and begin this incredible run when he's *36 years old* , the age that 4X champ Terry Bradshaw _retired at?_ Brady is 14-2 in divisional playoff games. An 87.5% winning percentage against the best teams in conference. His reg-season winning percentage is 76%. You can't improve your winning percentage by 11 points against better opponents than you played in the reg-season. This proves that the script works much harder to prevent him from losing elimination games. Want more? In his streak of 4 Super Bowl wins in the last 7 seasons, Brady (an aging quarterback) is 16-3 in the playoffs. A winning percentage (84.2%) that, again, is WAY higher than his reg-season percentage despite being against the top competition in the league! _HOW?_ 🕺 It's just entertainment. Tom is the star of the show. The hero the 'stormtroopers' can't hit with a ray-gun no matter how many shots they fire. (If you doubt this, then WHY is Brady the ONLY NFL player that _never wore a mask_ during the 2020 season? And was NEVER chastised or fined?) 😇 Tom can do no wrong because the opposing team will not defend his passes. And suddenly, his opponent can do nothing right...usually in the 4th quarter when they suddenly wilt before him! *HOW IT'S DONE* But how could Magic Tom achieve such impossible things? NFL has mole players on every roster. They're like pro-wrestlers who allow their opponent to win. 🐹 BEST PROOF OF A MOLE 🐹 In the AFC championship the Jags allow the Pats to win. Watch as Jags mole Leonard Fournette makes it too obvious: Refusing to make any attempt to catch a late 4th-quarter pass that would seriously hurt the Patriots. It's in this video: PROOF THE NFL IS RIGGED AFC CHAMPIONSHIP Jags Vs Pats Jalen Ramsey expressed suspicion: _“We get up and we let them come back, bro … WE let them. Every time, it happens,”_ Ramsey would say. 🇺🇸 A team wearing red, white & blue and called Patriots becomes an unstoppable dynasty right after 9/11 (renamed "Patriot Day" by law in 2002) and does it with a 6th-round QB and a failed head coach while every team in their division becomes a cellar dweller that cannot challenge them seems...suspicious. *WAG THE FAN* 🦅 The Patriots would dominate the NFL to create support for the 'War On Terror'. The winning way of patriotism became synonymous with the glory of the New England team. 🦄 But such a team must have a 'Captain America', a perfect quarterback nearer to a superhero. He must be athletic, but more important, he _must_ be great-looking and have a charming personality. Whatever Captain America lacks in talent won't really matter since opponents will allow him to win. Over 19 seasons, the Patriots won _36 more times_ than the league's next best team, the Steelers. 🐕 "Wag The Dog" was about manipulating public opinion (wagging the dog) by using television to artificially create 'heroes'. These heroes may be actors _pretending_ to be heroes, but as long as the public doesn't know that, the technique can produce huge influencing. 💰No doubt the NFL received a huge payment from the government for scripting the Patriot dynasty. 🎬 NFL makes no claim that games are NOT scripted and no laws are broken if they pre-determine the outcome. Refs are also used to script the games and by now that part is obvious to most fans.😓😩 ✍️ *SCRIPTING THE AFC LEAST* Moles infest the other teams in the AFC East to ensure the Patriots an easy path to the playoffs. That's why the teams (Dolphins, Bills and Jets) were consistently inept during the entire Patriot dynasty. 🍋 All three finished in the bottom 3rd of the league from 2000-2019. Patriots had 100 more wins than each of these pathetic teams. The best QB any Patriot divisional rival had in 20 years was...CHAD PENNINGTON! HOW did the Patriots prevent all their rivals from obtaining a high-quality quarterback for 20 years? The sabotaging got so silly that no other AFC East team even won a playoff game in over TEN YEARS. *GOALPOSTS....OR MOLEPOSTS?* 🚫 From 2000-2019 the worst accuracy for kickers was 76% when they played.....you guessed it: THE PATRIOTS . The next worst was 80% and the best was 85% - a walloping 9% better than Patriots opponents. So Kickers FORGOT how to kick against the Patriots? Obviously these kickers were moles🐹 intentionally missing to help Tom to victory. 💍FG kicking is an _essential_ part of winning a game, so Brady ALWAYS has the very best the league can provide (ringers) for their main hero character: In New England, Brady's kickers were two of the Greats of All Time: Venatieri and Gostkowski _Oh, Lucky Thomas!_ 🦄 Brady goes to Tampa, so the Titans release their Ace kicker...who kicks an absurdly high percentage...making 90.3% of his kicks for Magic Tom. 🛑 *PATRIOT O-LINE: ETERNAL DOMINATION (WITH SCRUB PLAYERS)* In years where the league's pressure-rate was 33 percent, Brady was pressured a ridiculous 14 percent less. The Patriots did it with an O-line made of patchwork parts: Brown, 3rd-round Thuney, 3rd-round Andrews, undrafted Mason, 4th-round Cannon, 5th-round Pretty ridiculous. But impossibly, it was the _best line in the league._ Brady's pressure rate plummeted to a completely ridiculous 15.6 percent in two post-season contests. Brady was not sacked and was hit only one time in 90 attempts... _only ONE TIME in 90 attempts_ ??? Against elite pass-rushers in playoff games? IMMMPOSSSSSIBLE!!! 🎲 *IMPOSSIBLE DEFIANCE OF A LEAGUE AVERAGE* If you want an even more unbelievable Patriot stat it's 100-1 when ahead at the half. That is...impossible. The league average is 75% (meaning a team loses 1 in every 4 games when they lead at half). It is truly impossible for a team to subdue all opponents so completely... A league with super strong, fast and talented professional athletes on ALL teams doesn't allow for such an ongoing level of controlling dominance. 🎮 *IMPOSSIBLE SUPER-PLAYER* Tom's stats for the second half of the seasons from 2010 through 2012 are preposterous. He achieved: 54 TDs and 3 INTs. Even a perfect quarterback would be intercepted more than 3 times while passing enough to record 54 TDs. Because there would be interceptions beyond his control. Yet not only was Thomas Unicorn perfect, he controlled the variables that _should have been_ beyond his control. 1. Tom prevented his receivers from slipping. 2. Tom prevented the greatness of opponents, making _only himself_ capable of great play. Or great defenders would have made a perfect break on some passes and intercepted. 3. Tom prevented Refs from missing holds that advantaged the coverage and allowed them to intercept. 4. Tom prevented his blockers from ever being beaten as he released so none of his disrupted passes could ever wobble gently down into a defender's hands. 5. Tom prevented his receivers from ever bobbling so passes never bounced off their hands and into a defender's mitts. As we see, Tom controls.... _everything._ Not merely his own performance. Magic unicorn powers are not real. The true explanation for Tom's video-game stats is that his opponents allow him to complete while intentionally dropping his interceptable passes. 🦄 *THE ENCHANTED WORLD OF TOM BRADY* In a game vs. Green Bay, Tom's Bucs did what only two other teams EVER achieved: *The 3 times where a team had 0 Turnovers, 0 Penalties, 0 Sacks, Since 1970:* 1. Minnesota at L.A. Rams, 1972 2. Indianapolis at Cleveland, 1999 3. Tampa Bay vs. Green Bay, 2020 Huh? Tom's magic powers make the Bucs go unpenalized for ENTIRE games? Bucs suffered 8 total penalty yards in the playoff rematch. So...a combined penalty total of 8 yards for _two entire games?_ Is that.....even POSSIBLE?? 🕹 Since 1991 just one player passed for 340 Yards 4 TDs & 0 INTs in a single half. Yeah, it was Thomas Livingston Unicorn. No one else could do it since....it's IMPOSSSSIBLE! And...........Brady did it TWICE! Huh? The Enchanted World that Tom plays his magic football in allows him to do TWICE what is impossible for all others? And do it at 43 when no other could do it in their PRIME? 🎲 *IMPOSSIBLE CONSISTENCY* Brady's streak of consecutive seasons with at least 10-wins is simply unheard of. Impossibly, he has 18 such seasons in a row! The next best was the Chiefs with just 5 in a row. But 5 consecutive 10-win seasons is a monumental accomplishment in the real world. Yet compared to the fantasy world of the Magic Tom Unicorn this is small potatoes. No other NFL teams could not manage more than _2 such seasons in a row._ This is because the league is filled with competition and random factors that can and do derail a team's season quite regularly. Except for one magical unicorn that is totally immune to all of these factors for 18 years and counting. 🤪 *INSANE FOR MAGIC TOM* Fans believe the crazy theory that a _single magic player_ can control _all the factors_ in the NFL to go to 10 Super Bowls. This is false because most of what happens is _beyond_ Tommy Unicorn's control. Magic Tom cannot control: Defense, Kicking, Special Teams, Coaching, Injuries, Bad Calls, Fumbling, Trench Play, Catching & More Talented Opponents Far too many factors are beyond this unicorn's power. 🔎🐹 *SPOT THE MOLE* Moles often play at half speed, strength and reaction-time. An example: On the final play of the Falcon/Patriot Super Bowl all Falcons should have seriously pursued and tackled the ball-carrier. Watch two Falcons: #37 and #23....Both are standing next to each other as they begin to pursue... Tell me: _Which one is the mole?_ Is it #37? Or #23? HAHA! *it's very easy* to spot that mole, isn't it? One does everything *at half the ability-level* of the other as they pursue.

Never Bet the Farm on a One Trick Homie, when You can Bank on the GOAT Assassin to Get the Ring!!! For all the wow trickery of running qb's, the odds of getting injured playing that way is inherently stacked against them having a long career. Tom knows that wasting his energy running around trying to make a play all the time is counter productive because he's not trying to catch his breath all the time which keeps him calm & aware instead of panting in panic after every scramble. This is his true Genius. The less you have to move the more focused & aware you are to make the right decision on every throw minimizing mistakes & conserving energy to finish the game & preventing serious injuries not taking risks on every play. These flashy running guys haven't figured this out yet. Tom is already thinking 2-3 plays ahead while they're gasping for breath running for 400+ yards with nothing to show for it & thinking "Why isn't this working?". I Think this is why all these HS & College Hero Running QBs fail at the Pro level thinking their talent is enough when in reality they haven't learned anything about playing QB in the NFL& sadly aren't easy to coach. Brady is the grandmaster of recognizing the right plays and keeping the whole operation in sync. There is a saying in golf "drive for show and put for dough". Brady is all about the dough. Laymen football analysts still want to talk about the "plays" McHolms made. What good is throwing horizontally to the ground and hitting someone in the facemask? Are you saying that should be a completion not an INT? It is a desperation play and not something that would lead you to wins. Football game is like a battle. You don't need and should not count on the commander to run through the mine field and risk blowing himself up. You need calmness and good judgement and ability to direct on the fly. Dilfer explained it correctly. The Bucs were hands-off in the secondary and the Chiefs were playing physical after the 5 yards and got called for it. @@cedricbethea358 That's correct, Mahomes tends to want to run to the right, where it's easier to throw right handed, TB knew that and they always rushed stronger from that side, and baited him to run to his left, where he couldn't throw as well. When they saw that when Patrick was forced to his left, he would pick up yards running, they put a spy on him, and contained his runs. They moved him off his spot. Since they could put this pressure on him with only four lineman, they were able to double up on the receivers. Running QB are almost always flashes in a pan, in the long run a smart pocket passer wins.

In the second half he barely passed the ball, he knew it was more important to run out the clock than trying to score td's fast, they had a comfortable lead and the defense was doing it's job, you can bet that if KC scored a td, he would have been more targeted to score than running out the clock...

Well said. You're one of the few who sees the real source of Brady's magic - his Heart. It's not something that can be broken down into its separate parts and understood because what comes through is WHOLENESS (a.k.a. holiness), which he extends to everyone around him. Extension IS the nature of holiness. The dude is a spiritual teacher who just happens to be a football player and we can all learn of our own greatness by his example. The lesson? Be humble and let the power of God work through you. I see it clear as a bell. Stay well, friend. Love your comment.

Next year, the Bucs could get the number one seed and play all their games in comfortable weather. Top it off with a superbowl in Los Angeles, and you've got something. One word to encompass the SB? Easy. "Legend" That encompasses both Bowles and Brady's achievement, but also Arian's, the Buc's team (1st home win), and each respective player. At least, that's my vote. As far as Mahomes v Brady, first, I'll say it clear. Brady. Maybe...maybe that decision changes in 14+ years when Mahomes retires. Maybe. But, Brady's got the resume and the impossible wins stacked up incredibly high over a longer period than _anyone_ has _ever_ done it. Right now? He's still there. Ever think maybe he didn't throw for a ton of numbers in the SB because it was never needed? He's efficient and he's also a pro at conserving his body. We're used to seeing Brady throw for a thousand yards in the final 2 quarters of the SB, because those games were almost always wars of attrition and numerous times he had to pull magic out of his ass to have them in a position to win. That just wasn't the case here so, why waste your arm in the process?

Lets keep in mind that Tampa Bay is a VERY talented TEAM. Take a look at the players on the field WITH Tom Brady in the above photo on the field. Lets make sure we give the Bucks DEFENSE the credit they deserve. They only rushed 4 players and they chased Mahomes all over the field. That left them 7 players to cover the rest of the field. No man-to-man. Double teamed KC's play makers and they could not score a touch down. Hoody mismanaged the CAP as GM. The Last straw for Tom was when Hoody told Jules Edelman that he would have to take a 50 percent PAY CUT if he wanted to continue to play with the Patriots the next season. Jules was Tom's choice to bring to Disney World for being his only remaining CLUTCH receiver he could count on in their last SB. He went to Detroit to play. The last season Tom was in New England he had nobody. No Edelman, no Gronk. AND No respect. They lost in the first round of the playoffs. Hoddy was not going to give Tom an extension. Tom and Gisele decided to put their house up for sale and get out of Dodge.

Tom had the greatest halve a QB has ever had in the Super Bowl. 16-20 for 140 yards, 3 TD and no INT's. That’s a 80% completion rate with 8.75 yards per completion. He dominated the first half then played it smart/safe, allowing the defense and running game to complete the victory in 2nd half. What could be more efficient than that?

The big thing everyone does not realize is that Tom Brady helps is O-Line with blocking. As a pocket passer they know where he is every play. The mobile passer will at times will run into on coming rusher, leaving the tackles looking bad because they are trying to get outside and not where the O-line men are blocking for.

This is one of the best on the fly, or quickly researched takes, that I have heard in a long time. I'm saying this straight off the back, as just watching the video clip here, and everything just connecting so smoothly. Yes, Tom Brady knows and has the gift of being able to have everyone thinking, " We can win a Super bowl!". This is a gift if you want to say it that way, and are a believing man, or this is a skill that he has developed slowly and consistently, over the last 20 years. Tom makes no mystery of what his secret is also. He has said many times on interviews, post game conferences, that he's been doing this for a long time, and he knows what he needs to do already to win. Then he goes out and forms a machine, which when you have all the right parts, runs smoothly and efficiently. He gets everyone to chip in, as the parts of a machine do, and when they flick on the switch, you just follow the plan, and the results speak for themselves. He is the Master of all time at the quarterback position as we speak. He's definitely not the best quarterback. There's two, three, maybe four guys even more, that have better skills so to speak, ratings so to speak, etc etc. None of them though have been able to accomplish, and do what Tom Brady has to this date.
