I always have a great time sitting on your head looking at the beautiful hills. I even like to be perched on a limb near where you are working like an admiring bird. Even if it’s just hanging out on a dead tree. That’s a fantastic place to make a cut. I’m here. Oh nice drop. Trunk monkey? Crazy stuff. Bless you. Yeah flop it. Wow, that one bounced, get out a dodge! Great work on the beautiful flag and I bet the kids love you for it. It’s meant to be. 🇺🇸

Enjoyed the video. My kind of tree. Nice and straight. Dead, but pretty sound.....good enough to climb. AND what better way to enjoy the Echo DCS2500T chainsaw. I knew you would love it when you finally got use to it's capabilities and limitations. No better saw for limbing up a tree....especially for an older climber (not to say you are old...certainly not as old as I). Thanks for sharing the joy of climbing.

@mxcollin95
23 күн бұрын
@@AugustHunicke HUGE pro tip: The best way to study for any FAA written test (private, instrument or commercial) is to buy a current Gleim Instrument book that contains all the written test questions and answers. Go through the whole book and immediately circle all the right answers then just practice reading the questions and the corresponding right answers. Don’t even bother reading the wrong answers. Go through the the book quickly as many times as you can (repetition really is key) and before you know it you’ll read half of a question and already know the right answer. Even if you don’t understand a question it’s ok just memorize the right answer. After you get that written test out of the way you’ll have plenty of time before your checkride to figure out anything you need to with your instructor. You may feel like you’re cheating doing it that way or that you’re cheating yourself out of a learning opportunity but in reality you’re not. You’re just getting that written test knocked out of the way quickly (and chances are you’ll get a really good score doing it the way I mentioned which will help with the examiner’s initial opinion of you) so you can focus on learning all the correct, important and real world stuff. At times FAA written test questions are poorly written, misleading, outdated and even occasionally slightly incorrect. It may seem like there’s a lot of questions to memorize but really it’s completely doable with a little repetition. You’ll be surprised how quickly you’ll instinctively know most of them after a few weeks of studying that way. As you get closer towards your test date just focus on the questions you struggle with and take practice tests often. In the end you’ll end up saving money getting the written test done this way as opposed to constantly having to ask and pay your instructor to explain every poorly written “gotcha” test questions to you and then have to pay your instructor again to teach you the real world way of doing things. I was a CFI for a lot of years and have seen probably a hundred + students do the written test that way with 90%+ results and have been a corporate airplane pilot for 22 years. Totally up to you how you go about it but what I mentioned above is how many, many people go about it and do well. Good luck man! I’m rooting for ya! 🤙

It's not an OSHA violation for the owner to personally violate OSHA as long as his employees follow the rules. Even for an employee, it's a primary facile violation, and a defense to that is it was the safest way to do it in the circumstances and a waiver couldn't be applied for.
