* 400 g of round-grain rice
* cold water 1:2
* 600 g of minced meat
* 200 g cracklings (optional)
* 500 g of onion
* 500 g of carrots
* 5 tablespoons of buckwheat (~80 g)
* 150 ml of oil for frying
* 2 heads (3 kg) of savoy cabbage (depends on the size)
* 140 g of tomato sauce
* 4 tablespoons of sour cream
* 2 tablespoons of salt
* pepper
* seasoning for minced meat
* smoked paprika
* Provencal herbs
Cabbage rolls are cooked for 1-2 hours. Then cover the pan with something warm and leave for another 2-3 hours.
