That kid has a sweet Rocky Mountain Altitude. Nice riding and it really helps to have a tow in at a trail like this. These trails really need you to carry speed to have fun and get the best out of the trail design. Such is the curse of hilly terrain w no mountains. I'm up near CLE so I tend to go to NW PA for more downhill stuff. Jakes Rocks trails is worth the drive in Warren PA. I rode the East Branch system yesterday. It is fun, but I was riding it blind. If had more time, I'd have ridden Lamb Loop again and carried better speed. CAMBA trails seem like XC race courses to me, but they do what they can with limited land to work with.

Thank you for providing good video footage on this trail. On my bucket list for 2023 riding as I've never rode it before. Keep up the great content!

Gonna say you should see if you can give the cam to the better riders for the stuff you can't do & then at the end you did! Good for you Toogs. That line was DEECE!!

It's funny how you can find awesome trails in the oddest of places. Glad you got to do some riding during work.

Horns Hill is an interesting place. I was born and raised in Newark, in 1974. I started racing BMX and making dirt jumps in several spots in Newark in the 80s, just like folks do today. I have pictures of me at Horns Hill in the late 70s, it was (and still is) just a municipal park. I moved away from Newark many years ago and I did not build the trails at Horns Hill, but it's great to see the spirit of trail making live on there. My best memories as a teen were making trails and jumping bikes and racing in Newark.

@@ToogyHowser Vultures knob, East Rim Trail system, Mohican is beautiful but you will get some climbs there but first 8 miles are 2 way so if you do not want to finish the 25 miles you can turn around and get a bunch of downhill.

This looks great, I hear about it constantly up in Cleveland at Ray's Indoor MTB Park. I'll have to check it out. If you haven't biked the Cleveland area and the many excellent trails in the Cuyahoga Valley, you should definitely take a trip this way.

Good overview. Looks like it's almost all downhill flow trails. Not really my thing (I prefer sketchy technical riding), but I might have to check it out myself some time. It's only a 40 minute drive from me.
