The buildings are great, but now let's see a subway or light rail network.

The towers are great, but the real advances are due to removing the horrible lots with junk, metal, garbage, etc. who cares if you have a beautiful building if two blocks away you have old cars sitting on blocks.

Why did the reporter not ask mousy girl what’s the different number between public and private investment of the $8 billion. That’s kind of an important question and I just wanted to say this reporter was really bad and she didn’t do a good job at all.

Zero affordable housing. No place for two adults to have a nice dinner for less than $100. Entrance fees to museums and places of interest are unrealistic anymore. Nashville has transformed no doubt. It has become a commercial and residential playground for the upper middle class. The original charisma that was our home is gone. It is Nashville in name only now.

Now developers are ruining Nashville. This happens to all of the good places. We’re led to believe that growth is always good. It rarely is.

@@boomboombaby9140 Yea you can see real downtowns miles away but you literally can't see Nashville's unless you're right up on it.
