DPL restructured its work culture in 2013 to minimize bossy mindsets, bullying and subservience. The conventional corporate culture was replaced with an intensely flexible flat culture featuring the coolest workplace in Pakistan.
The buffers between bosses and subordinates were removed and teams were encouraged to escape the departmental silos. Inclusivity was ensured and every individual was encouraged to share opinions.
Employees now actively disagree and question the efficacy of the opinions and actions. This transformation has ingrained the culture for innovation in the minds of every individual working at DPL.
