Today the “experts” tell you what foods are bad for you. Later they will tell the opposite. I would say Pray, don’t starve, eat a little bit of everything but do not exceed. Keep your weight under control. Keep moving, don’t worry and be happy. We didn’t came to this world to stay anyway.

I ate raw and carrots for breakfast for a year and a half. My cancer went away fast, I took herbs, and quit sugar after a week learning this early on, I ate a small amount of red meat, though now I eat a little more but nothing extreme, once a day only, some days no meat, I ate flax seeds, took flax seed oil, and olive oil, even cocnut oil, drank pomegranate fruit juice, I had a fast recovery, amazing, actually. I took a lot of broccoli for years! Also I had kelp, a form of seaweed, both are anti cancer.

The video says to keep the body slightly alkaline at 6.5. This is actually slightly acidic and lower than the blood value of close to 7.4 slightly alkaline. This video needs editing to prevent confusion. However, bless you Dr O'Neil for your work in helping people live better lives. Education about nature's remedies and the impacts of Genetically Modified Foods is an important pursuit. Amen

My grandmother drank a small sized Pepsi everyday into her late nineties. Not certain why family decided she should not be drinking soda and they took it away from her daily diet. I noticed a declined in her memory after that- at these point she is still going 104 years. She is a lifetime eater of oatmeal with milk. That was basically her diet for years. Lately, she added other things to her diet, bananas , oranges and sweet potato. She has beautiful hair naturally .

My grandma lived up to 101 years. She was a coffee drinker 4-5 times a day. Started her day with a coffee at 4am since she used to work in a farm in the Philippines. Did not have Cancer nor Diabetes. In fact, she died in 2008 because of a severe head injury due to a vehicular accident.

The doctor probably should have said coffee that is processed and not organic. That is not good for you. The coffee back in those days was authentic, not these added with fillers and synthetic ingredients they add today. I drink organic Mounthaen coffee from whole foods. Hope this helps

With all due respect, I’m more confused than ever about pretty much everything these days, what to eat or not, how often to exercise and how intensely, and I’m not sure about how to die, enjoy living a full life, or die starving? Just too much info if you ask me. For me, the rule thumb has been moderation, and having faith, and hope. I think it’s the best way to go.

To prevent everything in this video, simply drink diluted lemon water all day long. It changes your body to an alkaline state and keeps it there. Always drink it after eating any food or sugary drink. It will rebalance your metabolism. I have been doing this for years, and even though I have a protein rich diet full of fried foods and eat anything else I want, I have zero medical issues because of the constant intake of lemon water. You can use highly diluted natural lemonade for this, but make sure its 100% natural, no artificial sweeteners or flavors. What is good for the body is natural foods, avoid anything processed (cook all your own food from raw ingredients) and you will probably be fine.

Im mostly carnivore and supplement with just a few berries and a little veg grown in my garden. Nothing I watch in these videos will change the way I eat because I look and feel great. Before carnivore I was often unwell with stomach issues, headaches, joint pain, gallstones, lethargy, haemorrhoids, and more. Now all health problems gone and even my vision has improved.

If you research the “best alkaline foods” , you’ll find that broccoli makes that list too, due to its high antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. The key is to eat more natural and less processed foods. It’s not an all or nothing deal. You don’t need to become a “health nut” - Just make a few more healthier choices.We’ve just talked about a healthy diet. Other factors are very important too : exercise, sufficient sleep, decreasing stress, and family history of specific diseases . I’ve lived longer than both of my parents, who died from different cancers, and I am registered nurse, which has helped me to identify problems in later, but still treatable stages of disease. If you “sense” something is not right with your health, try to find out what it is SOON. Be careful to observe specifics: where is the pain, intensity, frequency, sharp/dull, shooting vs. one small location , etc. As a nurse, I know about doctors-If a doctor tries to tell you “it’s probably nothing to be concerned about “ and the pain has been consistent or even increasing over time, TELL HIM and be insistent about finding the cause! Of course, he’ll order a bunch of tests you’ll need decent insurance to afford. If he doesn’t , and still ignores you, you can ask for a referral to a specialist, or consider a different doctor (general practitioner) . Hopefully you have a friend/family member that can recommend one. I’m just tired of seeing young people dying in their 30s 40s and 50s dying of cancer. One day, we’ll have a cure. Until then, it’s up to you. If you don’t take care of your health, no one else will either, but praying to good Lord Jesus for wisdom and guidance often helps too. I hope this will help some of you. I don't drink alcohol and have never smoked and I don't eat meat. I am 87 and have been eating a plant-based diet for the past 50 years. By plant-based I mean vegetables and fruit. I have NEVER spent any time in a hospital and have no problems with my health. In fact I feel absolutely great. I take regular exercise, I walk 5 miles a day. I am absolutely convinced that my daily diet of fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds is the reason that I am in such good health.

I have been on keto for over 1 year and been on carnivore for 1 month. Lost a bit of weight, feel heaps better, skin tags on neck and chest are almost gone, no more dry heels, no more headaches every afternoon, no more feeling hangry. My blood test results are back within range too. I eat mainly bacon, pork, red meat (fatty meats), eggs and some greens. This lifestyle works for me right now, but who knows, it might change back to not wanting meat again.

PMy Grandfather , smoked cigs, cigars, chewed snuff. Had homemade noodles 3 times s week, beef, pork, deer, moose , chicken , fat lard which he poured on toast for breakfast and 6 eggs at a sitting. Raised 9 kids with Grandma who mDe every type of pastry, bread , cookies. Pies ect. My Grandma 93, and Grandpa 103 both never were sick, Go figure.

I know people who lived into their 80s who lived in an industrial town from birth! My dad was a steel worker, lived until he was 83! That’s with him smoking and ale intake! I also know people who have croaked in their 40s and 50s! One of my best mates dad used to work with my dad In the steelworks, croaked last year age 87 and sharp as a tack! And he smoked and liked a pint, went with the job! Thirsty work!😂 I spend tooooo much time on these clips, just use common sense. But I think it HAS TO BE DOWN TO GENETICS! Years ago I read that being slightly alkaline was good. My takeaway was to include some greens in your diet. Wheat/sugar is what cake is made from, easy to see how it is bad for you.

You know I think all is okay it's what they are adding that makes it bad. I also believe that wine and coffee may look bad because of 'evidence' but evidence can be tampeted with.

On another youtube video it said that coffee with milk is the way to drink it because coffee depletes calcium. Also, no sugar or chocolate with it as in the blended coffees, or with chocolate cake/ dessert. Once you add sugar coffee becomes harmful. I will never give up coffee!

Yes, all her videos on natural health are what we need. Makes absolute sense...we are what we eat. Great to learn how far back hybridized wheat goes. No wonder I have been feeling bloated and uncomfortable even eating sour dough wheat bread. Yes, I agree 100% in all those foods, high in Acid causing Cancer. I have been learning how you can overcome cancer since 1979. A lot have changed in the last 45 years, but it still remains what food you eat, that would keep you healthy.

Thank you for your videos they are an eye opener to be more careful on what we put in our bodies. There should be a pirámide of acid forming foods and alkaline forming foods as most of us don’t take the time to look for the good food and for the bad foods. The options for foods to eat are ours to make. We need to educate ourselves on how choices for the foods to eat affects us. If we eat junk foods, we probably won’t feel well compared to eating healthy fruits and vegetables. I was eating a healthy vegan diet but my diabetes got worse. Now my doctor is wanting me to eat lots of meat and dairy but I don’t want to eat any meat at all. I’m praying for divine healing. 🙏😬❤️🩹✝️

True. Unfortunately most of the foods we eat contain sugar & other junk & unless you grow your own food there's always some "poison" we're taking in. White flour preservatives colorants etc are all toxic.

Coffee is roasted at very high temperatures which deprive it of any antioxidants. So it is a processed food.

God Blessed our good, told us what meat to eat and not to eat. So if He Blessed it why would it be bad for us ? Sweets are my weakness, I am 75 this month, I don't eat them like I have. I pray over my food for I eat . 🙏

I believe in eating meat but if possible they need to not be grass fed or finished on GMO grains / grains that have not been dessicated with glyphosate. Due to Molecular mimicry mammals absorb this glyphosate into fat cells mistaking them for glycine. If you want to use biblical logic... you could say these cows are not 100% natural/from God. The manmade chemicals have tainted them. If you know the farmer and trust that they use regenerative farmer practices... this what everyone should strive for. I tend to have a mostly Paleo Diet and have been also using this biblical logic to formulate it.... however I will point out, that the logic is not without its problems. First of all, some plants have developed defense mechanisms to discourage browsing from mammals for self preservation. Thorns, poison ivy, arsenic are all good examples of this... so just because something is natural/ from God doesn't always mean that a plant/ meat is safe for a human. And humans even have vastly varying sensitivities to different foods due to differences in genetics. Ideally a genetic tests to see what food sensitivities an individual has, should be done then formulate the diet around the results. So firstly, while God gave man dominion over the plants and animals, but he didn't make them all safe... we have our own place in the food chain. And Secondly, man has used scientists to create chemicals and biological engineering to corrupt whatever was once natural. However one could argue that this right was afforded to us when we were given dominion over them. But we just need to recognize where we messed up in industrial practices and force Big Ag /food processors to stop doing it, or at least force warning labels for informed consent.

Dr. Barbara, I’ve have been following Dr. Berg‘s advice on how to eat to keep probiotics in the stomach to have a healthy gut and he advises fermented cheese, preferably cheeses hard cheeses from foreign countries or age cheeses, but not fresh cheese. So that is what I have been doing. I also want to eat foods that have a lot of calcium in it because I’ve been diagnosed with the beginnings of low density in my bones. I can’t think of the name of it right now so I also do eat organic grass fed egg at least four or five times, along with egg whites and I tried to eat as much green vegetables as I can to get the benefits of the calcium so this is confusing and concerning me.

The worst things are refined carbohydrates (grains/flour, sugar), and these keep glucose and therefore insulin levels elevated. Seed oils (corn, cottonseed, canola, soybean, sunflower, safflower) are bad because they lead to inflammation and way too much omega 6. Insulin resistance is the key to so many health problems.

It is a marketing lie that you can increase the years of age when you eat healthier foods and perform exercise. It is reaching your maximum age limit being in a healthy state is what matters, but marketeers take advantage of people in selling them info and products that make one believe it will increase their age. Our stomach produces acidic juice, when food comes there. The more alcaline food we eat , the more acidic juice will be produced to process it and break it down. So after passing stomach all food it acidic.

If you must have coffee I’ve learned the darker the roast the lower the acidity. I know if I have coffee that’s a bit too high in acid I can feel a little sick to my stomach, particularly if I don’t have any food with it.
