Heck they don't even ferment sarukraut unless you look for it. They cheat when mass producing it. Read labels and ask the manufacturer since many don't label that

Dr Berg's electrolyte mix with some lemon juice is delicious - not too sweet or too salty. Plus doesn't leave a nasty stevia aftertaste. I don't have lemon if I am going to go out in the sun as citrus causes photosensitivity and I burn.

Yeah, I gotta get some sauerkraut and eat it every day even though I don’t like it, I’ll do it anyway to get my vitamin C But I do drink a lot of organic lemons, all crushed up in water, and I drink it all day and night. I love it.

Just so everyone knows if you bought your sourkraut in a store and it’s in a jar then it had some heat treatment which killed all the vitamin c and all the probiotics!

No peeling, blend the whole thing, add water or soda water, pink salt adds some electrolytes

never peel it, the peel has nearly all the nnutrients, certainly in fruit the meat is mostly or all sugar water, it tastes great, add plenty water

What about green chile? Yes, i spelled it right, here in merka we dont Texasify spellings of every word into somethin else. 😆 theres TONNES of Vit-C in GC, it seems to benefit greatly still as a fully cooked ingredient! Bombs away!😉

@@grettalemabouchou6779 Because glucose and vitamin C both need the glut4 transporter to get inside cells. Because the body only wants 1 teaspoon of glucose in the entire bloodstream, glucose gets in first. If there is no competition for glut4, the vitamin C in meats is enough to prevent symptoms of scurvy. We didn't know that meat had vitamin C until recently, as it was never tested for it. Not sure if it is optimal for making collagen though. I am ketovore, so I put some lemon in my Dr Berg electrolytes. Just not before I go out into the sun, as citrus makes you photosensitive.
