I’ve been at this healthy food etc for years. You have a lot of good information. Also you look the healthiest of many of the other gurus. Furman,, Berg, Oz. So the proof is in the pudding. Your chocolate cake recipe that was in Woman’s World magazine is outstanding. I make it once a week. I’m adding a lot of quality olive oil everyday. You have a humble yet confident demeanor and you learn from your patients. You haven’t lived like you know it all and continue to learn. Thank you. I have a couple of your books I borrowed at the library.

Nutrition never used to be taught in medical school......how sad. When will they begin to accept, let alone teach, what you two doctors have shared here.....how sad. We need to take care of ourselves. Have been a nurse for 30 to 35 yrs and started to read and research alternative medicine about 40 years ago... try to find spelt bread then, or even a health food store to buy probiotics? Got into juicing also in the early 1980's.....but things that are known now are so much farther advanced. Exciting to keep learning!!!

I extra enjoyed this interview with Dr. Amen. I listened to a couple of his audio books years ago when I was trying to understand the brain better to help my daughter with autism. He has published much since then, and I am looking forward to catching up on his work. It really is fascinating how the brain can change itself. While I'm at it, I think I'll look up what is currently happening with Michael Merzenich and Norman Doidge as well.

Dr Gundry, thank you so much for passing along your research, as well as colleagues. I’m a caregiver to intellectually developmental delayed seniors, of twenty years, & to a severe mentally ill patient. I’m certain they all of which are beautifully responding to my newly educated food menu. I’m desperate to help relieve the horrible hallucinations in our newest. XXX has had a tbi, fetal alcohol abuse, as well as mental/physical & sexual abuse. XXX can’t take xxx head off for a respite or relief. Food is the only way I can help. Funds and conventional medicine limit us in getting further proper care. Thank you again for your information. I’d love to see present scan vs scan two years from now.

One has to consider that, tho the bad bugs are gone - psychologically, there is an urge just from habit/thrill.
