Till now real estate is not bubble in Nepal...yeah it overvalued specifically in Kathmandu but it is sustainable there is only 2,3scenario if bhairahawa international airport surpass tia and all other infrastructure build simultaneously like hospital, manpower, visa office etc cuz butwal bhairahawa already have roads, factory and Large area.. scenario 2 is if middle East and other nations stop recruiting Nepali migrant workers scenario 3 is if banks give excessive loan to a real estate sectors I mean massive massive excessive loan..but all these scenarios are highly unlikely... butwal bhairahawa is not going to receive all those money cuz Kathmandu is a biggest vote bank for politician they wouldn't jeopardize vote😂😂 middle East need Nepali worker in hospitality sector they don't have a substitution of goro some point hancy nepali and our banking is one of the most reliable sector..we have a lots of genius in our banking sector

Let’s clarify a few things here: 1. His views on leverage could seem a bit vague but consider the fact that he mentioned the repurposing of debt and liquidity in the credit markets to clarify his position, since most institutions in Nepal don’t have access to these it might be a good idea to create an entity that could help with this is basically his idea. 2. You mentioned the 20008 crisis. That had a lot to do with the mortgage lending system being quite corrupt. As we’ve moved on from 20008 a lot of those issues have been studied and fail safe measure put in place to make sure they don’t happen again. Now the downside to this might be corruption in Nepal but that’s a whole different topic. So to sum it up tapai lai chai ali slc ko vai baini jasto kura garnu bhayo sir ;)

@@atalmainali4759 1. i have said that thing because he"s not given any facts and figures, just quoting 'leverage dherai vo vane bubble' , how much is dherai?.(he seems not updated in data) and what measure did he specified for the mitigation of those specific problems? 2. what do you meant by quite corrupt? would bubble not occur if there was not corruption? can you show any history of it? what measures have been put to "fail safe" for financial system? You seem to blame everything on corruption , I can give you many examples of countries and systems where corruption is taking countries and system where corruption is taking place but countries/system is progressing, so corruption is solely not to blame. "SO to sum it up" I mean slc ko vai baini le dine answer jasto va vannu ko matlab, bigya vayepachi vai baini le dina sakne khalko matra answer diyera vota vaneko ho sir...

@@bikashshrestha1472 sir you are taking things out of context here. Firstly: I mentioned that corruption was a whole different matter. Secondly: the idea of what is too much leverage has been discussed for years. Thirdly: The fail safe I referred to is regulating lending parameters for banks. Mentioning that someone of Dr. Sabi’s caliber is talking like a 16 year old kid is a bit insulting no?

@@atalmainali4759 would you please explain me how i took things out of context?.. sir I respect him very much but I dont believe in degree and position mentality, someone is not good because he is chairman or degree holder, someone is good because he can prove himself to his position.
