No matter how bright and educated a person is, their perspective on dyslexia must keep evolving. The university's ecosystem must assist students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLDs).
While it's fascinating to hear students' perspectives on dyslexia, it’s also imperative to interact with the faculty to help them comprehend these perspectives. For instance, a partial waiver of foreign language requirements at Yale helps students with dyslexia to focus on other subjects that they excel in while maintaining the rigour of their academic degree.
