No Constitutional authority for Congress to delegate its sole power to "COIN money" (mint them of precious metals: silver or gold) to anyone, least of all to a privately-owned elitist bankers' agency that is not legal, but is deeply immoral and a TAX on the poorest, working- and middle classes!

What I can't understand is with all of the controversy surrounding JFK's assassination, why hasn't the body been exhumed and the wounds reexamined with modern forensic techniques?
@freeguy77
8 ай бұрын
Because the brain was removed, and now missing, and the sectioning to determine the bullet tracks into it can't be done now! So, it is worthless without the brain available. The M.E. at Parkland Hospital, Dr. Earl Rose, would have done the legal autopsy, including the key sectioning of the brain, except for the order by the corrupt 36th President to the Secret Service men to hijack the body and transport it to the military chiefs and inexperienced military pathologists at Bethesda Naval Hospital, who had never done before an autopsy from bullet wounds! And there were a number of higher-ranked military people (Army and Navy) there, ordering the pathologists not to do, or to do, actions that were an obvious cover-up of the true state of the head wound(s). The main military doctor, Cmdr. James Humes (USN) assisted by J. Thornton Boswell (USN) actually BURNED his first notes, destroying key evidence! The two FBI men there James Sibert and Francis O'Neill were reporting to Director J..E. Hoover on what they saw. Their written report mentioned a telltale, "surgery in the head area" (secretly done an hour prior to the public autopsy) that was a dead giveaway that there was an illegal operation to change the wound(s) to rig the autopsy to show the bullet(s) came only from the rear, so as to blame Oswald only! Those few words, "surgery in the head area" proves a conspiracy to hide the truth on what the original brain was to show where the bullet(s) entered and exited. The skull as first seen at Parkland with all the doctors and nurses who saw it, all reported a massive rear defect (hole, about 7.5 cm / 3-in. diameter; the size of a baseball) , proving it came from the FRONT (conspiracy FACT proven, hitting the temple area above the right eye) with that deep rear occipital-parietal area blown off--that was what Jackie tried to 'catch' when she got up from her seat and moved back to the trunk of the limo.

From when Kennedy's body was taken from Parkland before an autopsy could be performed and quickly flown to Bethesda, plastic surgery was done to alter the wounds to make it look like it was from the rear and not the front. The first-hand experiences and testimonies from people on the ground who knew what happened was all blocked and covered up by LBJ and his Warren commission. Chief Justice Earl Warren himself made some kind of a statement like "well, we can't let the world think we are a Banana Republic." Victims' wounds line up on a demonstrable line and track straight back to the sixth floor window. Kennedy's massive exit wound seen exploding at the right temple is consistent ONLY with a shot from behind. All bullets and fragments ever found were matched to Oswald's rifle. Connally's said the shots came from behind. Autopsy demonstrates the shots came from behind. Parkland doctors had no particular problem with the autopsy photos demonstrating the shots came from behind. Witnesses directly under the sixth floor window firmly said three shots all came from directly overhead. Those witnesses had a clear view behind the knoll fence and would have plainly seen any gunman there. Zapruder's secretary was yards away from the fence and said there was nobody there. if Dr. Wecht got cleaned up, I'd think he was in his 50s/60s, and his mind is still sharp aa it ever was, I've come to the same conclusions about JFK's assassination, and add that RFK is the reason for the fast and sloppy investigation, he felt responsible in some way, and wanted to bury the whole thing ASAP

What a crappy take - from all accounts, Bobby was AWOL in his remaining time as AG, so what he wanted did not factor into what happened at all. Later, publicly, he took a stance supporting the official report, but privately, he began doing his own research. Unfortunately, he trusted men like Walt Sheridan and Maxwell Taylor and distrusted the motives of Jim Garrison and Mark Lane and in doing so, hurt the integrity of the latter individuals.

I disagree with you. The Limo was wiped down in Dallas and the Gov’t was anxious to conduct the autopsy in DC where they could control the results. The two Drs who performed the autopsy at Bethesda were way beyond their capability. The Warren Commission were hand picked stooges who knew the conclusion they were to reach before they started their investigation.

I have always believed Dr. Wecht. He speaks absolute common sense about that sham, the magic bullet. I have recently thought Dr. Wecht might be dead by now because of not hearing from him around this time. I’m glad to know he’s still alive. At 92 he still has his wits about him and has not wavered in his commitment to the truth. Bless you, Cyril Wecht. And let’s face it, even if they were to say “we’ve released everything”; we would never know if they were telling the truth.

The shooter in the book depository was the primary shooter. The shooter in the grassy knoll was the primary assassin. They purposely overlapped their shots. The primary assassin waits for the first shot from the primary shooter and immediately fires. This sounds like one shot. JFK is hit in the back from the primary shooter, then almost immediately is hit in the throat by the primary assassin. Primary shooters second shot hits Connally. Less than a second later primary assassin hits JFK in the head. Primary shooter shoots his third shot and misses, hitting the curb. A bystander is hit by the debris. Ruby set up Oswald AND Tippit. Tippit was supposed to kill Oswald. Oswald went to his rooming house to get his revolver because he knew Ruby set him up. Oswald walks to Ruby's apartment. Tippit is looking for Oswald. 12:45 pm Dallas police radio orders all patrol cars to Dealy plaza. Bu Tippit doesn't go. He's looking for Oswald. Tippit is circling Ruby's apartment looking for Oswald. Tippit finds Oswald gets out of patrol car and starts to pull out his service revolver. Oswald pulls his revolver out of his jacket and kills Tippit 3 blocks from Ruby's apartment. Oswald given paraffin test at police headquarters. Test is positive for firing handgun, negative for firing rifle. Oswald tells his wife (in Russian) it was the cop or me.

So who were the primary shooter and assassin? Oswald was set up to appear to be both. However his rifle was unequal to the task. A piece of junk with a broken scope. Oswald was graded as a competent shot in the Marines. Certainly not a marksman or sniper. The real shooter/assassin had to be professional killers. With a major support system to aid their escape.

I stood behind the picket fence looking up the street to straight in front of me. It seemed to me that the whole parade route was arranged for this simple, obvious sniper nest. Free parking 8 feet behind the shooter ... where the crowd was converging... to be turned back by "government agents" . I thought I could have dinged the car with an egg sized rock. Oswald would have been nuts to think the corner window on the 6th was a plan. He was on his lunch .. before during and after, a moments walk from an A++ location. The Parkland doctors were right in their first press remarks. Entrance wound in the neck... entrance wound to the upper skull .. Maybe Oswald hit Connally.

Regarding Dealey Plaza, I agree with you. When I visited the area, what struck me was how small the area was and I thought it would be a perfect kill zone, ambush location. My thoughts were immediately that no Secret Service agent trying to protect the president would ever put him in such an area. Re Oswald, per Captain Fritz's crude notes, which came out decades after the fact, Oswald said he was watching the parade and standing next to Bill Shelley on the steps. Recent videos have uncovered a person called 'Prayer_man' (not sure why he's referred to as such) that is indeed standing next to Shelley and seems to fit Oswald's description in appearance and attire that he wore that day, though it is a bit blurry/grainy. Researchers have deduced that it was Oswald as 76 of the 79 people working in TSBD were accounted for (where they were at the time of the shooting) and the other two did not match Prayer_man's body figure at all.

Oswald was the only employee inside the building during the shooting to immediately flee the plaza. Oswald was seen shooting a cop. Oswald was caught trying to shoot a second cop. Oswald lied to police about his whereabouts during the assassination. Oswald refused to cooperate with any investigators. Oswald acted so smug he even convinced his own brother he was guilty. Oswald refused help from the President of the Dallas Bar Association. Oswald made no attempt to blow any conspiracy to anybody. Oswald just shrugged a hollow, rambling, unsurprised reply when asked on live TV, "Did you shoot the President?"

Dr. Cyril Wecht has performed countless gunshot wound autopsies and knows what happened to President Kennedy, as well as participation in Senator Robert Kennedy's autopsy. If one closely examines the November 25, 1966 issue of LIFE magazine, the enlarged frame of the Zapruder film, tells the story of two bullets fired in less than a second, hence a conspiracy. The fact that LIFE was the sole owner and completely controlled the Zapruder Film at that time, and did the frame enlargement work themselves demonstrated no outside interference. Add in what Governor Connally stated in that article and Arlen Spector's magic bullet is just that, a magic act!
@aaronz7056
8 ай бұрын
Your paranoia is absurd. All bullets and fragments ever found were matched to Oswald's rifle. Victims' reactions in Zapruder's film clearly demonstrate they are hit by the same bullet, and ergo, from behind. Kennedy's massive exit wound seen exploding at the temple is consistent only with a shot from behind. Autopsy shows the shots came from behind. Parkland doctors had no particular problem with the autopsy photos. Most witnesses heard three shots. Witnesses directly under the window firmly said the three shots all came from directly overhead.
