Really, those character movements and camera angles zoom in and out were really ahead of time for early 90s. Heck, even in early One Piece was so Goddamn good

I love his effects. In my opinion, his effects are the best in the entire series. His hand to hand fight is pretty good too.

I like his character art, his energy blast, effects details, and the perspective on characters to give them that stretched look when they attack. His hand to hand combat animation isn’t as impressive, and the fight of Goku against Cell is probably the best looking, though Piccolo against Garlic JR from the movie looks the best out of everything before that. He does his job amazingly well

His timing is different. And Tate doesn't draw eyes like that. But it's really easy to mistake the two.

I don't know the technical name for it but looks like that quick zoom in to either the face or hand/fist then zoom out to show the whole body before the attack is his signature style.

He is the character designer for the latest one piece arc. His designs are close to Oda's manga and the anime actually looks really good

Since he's chara-designer since Thriller Bark Arc, his work is less impressive, yes, cuz he's very busy, but before Koizumi Noboru resigns from is CD status, Hisada was as good as Z and GT

Maybe the latter. I can't use Adobe programs, so I have to use cheaper and easier systems.

Use Vegas Pro, it's just as good if not even better than Adobe Premiere Pro and it's easy to understand.
