I like the 4 skills, especially because a lot of skills just became core skills, tusk toss is just holding attack now, anodyne is heavy, and scarlet kisses is just attacking faster, they just took a lot of the "must have" spells and made them part of the core moveset. the double charge bars I honestly wouldn't want back, because then you have people only taking pawns with the base version of the skills because they cast faster, or you're stuck waiting like 30 seconds for a pawn to finish casting a high bolide that just misses what you're fighting, I do prefer it as just being "you're better at casting frigor now, so your frigor is just better"

I hope they add a Purple Base Class which will focus on dark magic, debuffs, damage over time, and necromancy. Then we can have a Red/Purple vocation which somewhat replaced mystic knight, using a a rune shield to cast spells and summon undead. This could reintroduce the dark element from DD1. A Blue/Green class could be something like a monk, imbuing their body with magic for enhanced unarmed attacks.

It's very baffling how Dragon's Dogma 2 didn't experiment with vocations as much as Dragon's Dogma Online. The Trickster is probably the most inventive class but even so it feels poorly realized. The vocations I personally want as DLC are: - A Monk vocation who fights wearing gloves. Just make it a shotokan-styled vocation inspired by Street Fighter. Have him throw hadoukens, shoryukens and tatsumakis. A very combo-heavy vocation that can punch dragons in the mouth. Or they could just bring back the Alchemist from Dragon's Dogma Online, like you said. - A combination of the Mystic Knight + Shield Sage that feels more intuitive and less boring to play. Pretty much what you've suggested - A Druid vocation that transform into animals to attack, as well use Nature Magicks like summoning entangling roots to stun enemies. - A Necromancer vocation that can raise dead enemies to fight for them, as well invoke spirits. - A caster vocation that uses a magic brush to literally paint spells and create things out ot thin air (think Amaterasu from Okami, or the Pictomancer from FFXIV).

Heres what i think we should get High scepter Reasoining The class functions very driffently from mystic spearhand in terms what to do and its lore could tie into mystic spearhand. Plus this would allow them to not use another slot for a new type of weapon. Plus who wouldn't want to as Noctis from ff15 Alchemist Reasoning This could fit in as a basic pink or purple or even adv Voc that combines into trickster. Mystic Knight Reasoning This one is easy we change the simply to paladin, keep the shield as its main weapon and let it wield any sword/mace weapon. Keeps it from taking up two weapon slots, or you just don't have it wield a weapon, just the shield. Make all of its attacks holy based with harc coded skills for protection and healing Samurai Reasoning With what the creator is doing and how he's been talking about katanas during DD2's creation, now for what i think what type of Voc Hybrid green/red make it have the raw power of warrior, but the speed of Thief the downside light or cloth armor Monk Reasoning This was a scrap idea from dd1 most likely this will come back and what type of Voc it would be. White it would be the contrast class to Warfarer, fast light most likely getting bonuses for wearing, nothing but cloth armor Now a hell mary toss A adv Voc for archer make a class that uses a crossbow, a bit slower or maybe even faster. Rapid shooting out a carriage of bolts with skills that can bypass or even inflict special bleeding procs that fuck up any monster. I think this class should be called strider and yes i know but it would work

A marauder, thief/fighter hybrid uses dual hatchets with a heavy attack that can be charged to throw an axe. Abilities can include, a charged ability that fully charged increases the amount of axes thrown(manual aim only), an axe that will temporarily embed into terrain to act as a jump point, and a boomerang ability that has a low percentage to harvest an item on killing strike.

Perhaps it's wrong, but I was honestly disappointed that there were only 10 vocations. Since we could have gotten a specialized Archer and specialized thief for the double yellow and double Green classes. As well as a base vocation for the pink and purple side of trickster.

I hope DD3 lets capcom cook those 27 vocations and a much more detailed world. The foundation is here, and all they have to do is revamp the engine, add a snow region for the Hyperborean Elves, and add a city to the volcanic region for the Dwarves.

Here are some of my ideas: - Dark Yellow Advanced Archer (Marksman) uses longbow - focus on long range and staggering opponents - Dark Green Advance Thief (Assassin) uses throwing daggers - hybrid of mid range and close combat and has good AOE attacks - Red/Green (Blademaster/Berserker) uses dual sword/axe - tanks like a warrior and a fighter but has the attack speed of a thief - Yellow/Green (Ranger) uses dual crossbows - high mobility with decent staggering skills

Honestly the idea to bring in vocations from dragons dogma online would be cool. I do think that a ninja vocation where you throw shurikens or knives as a range attack and have ninjutsu's that operate at close range or long range.

Pugilist - advanced thief class for you and pawns that uses fist weapons to engage in acrobatic combat that focuses more on traversal and knockdown power. Would also see the return of the double jump from dagger users in dd1. Assassin - Reworked from the last game due to warfarer. The assassin is a yellow/green hybrid class that uses swords on it's back and equips unique throwing weapons. The gameplay focuses on misdirection and inflicting debilitations more like poison, sleep build up. Mystic Duelist - A rapier wielding spellblade like the one from dd online that uses agile combat augmented with magic like the mystic spearhand but incorporates a stronger focus around different type of elemental damage like the mystic archer. Marksman - an advanced archer or red/yellow hybrid that focuses more on hard hitting, slower paced range combat from longer range (like a warrior) and the utilisation of traps, gadgets, combos and has a crossbow (rifle?) as it's unique weapon.

A fist-based vocation could be cool. The game already has some animation established for fist fighting without any weapons equipped, so just add a few weapons like knuckles, add some skills and passives, it would be as cool as Beowulf from DMC. It can even go with the "goomba stomper" from the video

Seeing as how all the great magical ideas are already mostly covered What about a berserk build? Double axes, rage stacking , rune prayer elemental thunder summon type of play style. Going towards something more Norsk aesthetically and a mox of a warrior assasin, where you are tanky enough to be a bruiser but also squishy enough to do more damage. Then as a support idea a Mesmer or something like that in name where you wield musical instruments, maybe have two a hard and a flute for example where one is very utility focused and disorienting and the other one throws damaging tunes or curses. Kind of try to be close to the fray but not in it. Maybe to balance it out use one of the 4 skill slots as an instrument swap. Idk And finally, sticking to physical mostly damage, a technician/trapper kind of laybe having a mid sized hammer for self defense and then he can use automated mini turrets and set up knockdown and knockup effect traps

Necromancy exists in both the first game and in DD2. Therefore I want to play as a necromancer. It would give them a reason to bring the darkness and poison spells back to the game along with a spell that tars. They could could have lifesteal baked into its class action (I’m thinking like the holy shield from DD:DA for MK) This could also be the flail user that Cotton is talking about, admittedly with only a 1h flail though. Currently the only way for us to apply poison is with Archer (and the early game weapon for thief) and the same for tar. It’s odd that they removed the darkness element because of how it functioned in the first game it was a really unique take on it. Think Dark Knight, like Mystic Knight but edgy lol Edit: To clarify having us summon undead would probably be a smidge too far because there would be no real way to balance it against other vocations. It would either by unbelievably broken or useless in boss fights, but it could be us “consuming” the souls of enemies to either heal, maybe a decently sized AOE attack, or to just empower our weapons (in my mind it’s a flail and a shield)

they could have a sorta raise corpse ability as their ultimate ability... where it would consume monster corpses around you to summon undead that follow you... but you need corpses to use the ability so it wont be too powerful in a boss fight when all your undead are dead... in this way it would be balanced by the fact that youd be unable to find corpses to use in a boss fight unless there were other enemies present. but either way i would love both a dark magic class and a proper priest/paladin kinda class focused on holy power... which we kinda lack especially with mage not even having holy and dark affinity buffs.

I didn’t play the first one but man I’d love to play the necromancer like you explained it. Possibilities are endless. Based on a famous necromancer meme, hypothetically you could summon the one you help seeking revenge for. [ “your brother necromancer meme” ] When the NPC gives you this quest you’ll need to find the Necromancer master at night, no fix location, so it’s hard to find, triggered by the number or entity of the facing death side quests you complete. You could summon your simple (one/two hit) or fancy skeletons with poise or darkness damage. In the side quests you could introduce the regaining of life or more realistically the eternal peace by accompany your above-mentioned “brother” do some tasks before he stops “ haunting his relatives and one of those side quests could give/become you your ultimate skill and super-skeleton or undead warrior/archer/mage or whatever 😅 One can still dream 😅

As I’m new two dd but a distinct feel would be evocations basically evolved vocations that can wield old weapons and abilities and new weapons and abilities so thief get maybe dual swords instead of daggers or maybe a rapier style and still have access to old abilities. just something different that still lets someone grind to unlock it giving life to warfarer still and only making it stronger but giving other vocations some unique and powerful. Kinda like a skill tree idk just a idea I thought about

i miss Mystic Knight, was so fun to play. Great Cannon was great for hitting enemies i couldn't smack with my mace and the perfect block was so satisfying when you did it and hit the enemy with whatever element your shield was infused with. if they brought it back i'd be so happy.

If I was to put anything in, it would be a great axe wielding Dark Knight. The Dark Knights has high poise to attack through most enemies attacks, its skills either reduce it Def or Consume HP (not max but creates gray bar so it can be healed back). It would focus on high risk, high reward, slow attacks for massive damage. It's ultimate would consume the life essence of a random pawn. Doing so creates a dark purple flame aura around the Dark Knight, inflicting burn, high poison to nearby enemies. One main core skill is that the Dark Knight gets a slow health absorb from enemies suffering from burn or poison, using the suffering of its foes to fuel it's attacks.

I think strider returning wouldn't be good for the Arisen but great for the Pawns. Right now, their is only one Vocation with two weapons. Figter. Both the Arisrn and pawns need more versatile Vocations. I don't like how they changed some of them to just one weapon. Wayfarer, unfortunately, isn't available to pawns.

Personally I'd like Necromancer/Death Knight classes. Necro can focus on debuffs and dark damage with summoning one or two zombies. The Death Knight would be a dark Mystic Knight with maybe a skeleton. The zombies would be tougher to help protect the Necro while the skeleton would be a good supplement damage but weaker health for the DK. 😎🍻😎

As a trickster main, I feel like it was alot of wasted potential. BUT I still think it should have a sister class like mage/sorcerer. But instead it’s a summoner where you can summon souls of beasts to attack for you like a bunch of goblins up to chimera or ogre. The bigger the enemy the more Stam it will drain. And censor smoke will instead have your summon target the enemy instead of the enemy targeting you.

Here's an idea for a vocation: brawler. Now hear me out! It is similar to Warrior in that it focuses on knockdowns and breaking through guards. However, it lacks reach and damage potential. So we have it considerably faster. Perhaps have a timed dodging mechanic like Dante's weltering with Balrog in DMC5 instead of a dash like Thief? Skills-I'd say stuff like a counter skill that can knock the enemy unconscious after parrying an attack. Maybe a rapid barrage of punches so y'all can feel like Star Platinum? Maister Skill could be called "Adrenaline Rush," which slows the world around you for a time, making dodging and manoeuvring easy despite having no defensive utility. Maybe a meme skill like Unto Skye or Heaven that lets you punch something to infinity and beyond. Augments: What about Berserker? Something that increases strength and defence the lower your health is. Or reflexes, which increase the timing window of things. This would work with other classes, like fighter's parry and block, and would go hand in hand with the dodge mechanic I mentioned. Overall, it'd likely be a low-ranked but fun vocation. It wouldn't really bring any utility that other vocations manage, but you can run around as Charles Bronson and punch a dragon to death, so who gives a f*ck?

Combine mystic knight with spirit Lancer with ranged attacks based on throwing the spear with high defense and high knockdown melee but more magic than strength due to its attacks having Inherent magic damage, another idea is take the concept of the high scepter and make a fantasy samurai style of vocation or to summarize a character who uses a sword with both single target and wide range fast attacks with magic used to broaden that range while using magic enhanced high speed movement that rivals the thiefs speed, basically a blue/green hybrid

A beastmaster type class that can tame the smaller mobs would be soooo cool. They could wield a whip as a weapon. (use the old lightning whip animations ). A lot of their skills could be focused on buffing pets/pawns. However they could also have a few offensive whips skills like holds, trips, and disarms for crowd control.

Capcom has never given its community and new class on the dlc in any game. I’d be highly surprised if we got a new vocation to dd2. This game is fine as it is/was and expecting anything but a new dlc is fine by me.

i think i see their philosophy for vocations focusing on making everyone more unique, as much as i loved assassin and Mystic knight they could feel like just spicy strider and spicier fighter, so i doubt we'll see them return one to one from what they were in the first game, however i can see some concepts from DDO making it in as well in part, what i'd like/expect would be -Green/Blue: a class that dual wields swords, has speed akin to thief but also brings high scepter type skills, it could do what you mention of sticking spears into enemies but instead is "illusory" blades that can be blown upand change based on elemental affinity of the weapon -Green/Red: the monk class, enough said -Yellow/Green: this one is the most unlikely but a beastmaster type of deal, maybe it has a wolf and instead of attacking yourself they use something like the palamute concept that you buff and support it to make it stronger and command it, maybe they let you switch in and control it yourself, kinda turn the game into "okami at home" Edit: just thought about what if the Green/blue vocation's illusion weapons changed shape based on the element (an axe when it's fire, a scimitar when it's ice, etc..) and the maister skill could be raining down multiple of the different weapons upon a boss or crowd applying muliple damage types

Thief + Mage = Mystic Spearhand. come on: 2 blades on either end of a stick, plus magick. Fighter + Mage = Mystic Knight. since the Mystic Spearhand's a different combo, why not bring this one back? except have both sword and shield drawn like with Fighter. it irks me that only the sword is drawn. the return of the Ranger; because even if it's just the Longbow, its absence is bull$#1t. Thief + Archer = Strider. that's one of the hybrid vocations i assumed they'd have, considering Strider's been split in 2. heck, it's a logical assumption. How about they just focus on expanding on the story and lore, and actually add a second act in Battahl rather that skipping over it entirely. Then maybe they can salvage this hallow game and drag the ratings out of the dumpster. Game of the year my ass

It definitely feels like it's "too late" to add more Vocations. It'd be different if chests gave random loot, and they could just add the new armor and weapons to a table. As it stands, it would require a ton of programming to implement even one new vocation with new weapons/armor. Instead, what they should do is re-release *_Dragons Dogma Online_* worldwide. I'm willing to bet it would be at least as populated as PSO2.

If it was me I would like to have: Monk Shield sage (could be like a paladin class) Priest/cleric (vocation that uses holy magic) Necromancer (vocation that uses dark magic) Druid Bard Samurai/high sceptor (something like vergil and dante) Alchemist Warlock (would be cool if they made the arisen use the brine as a power so like something eldtirch like)

I can probably come up with some parts but I don't know how to put them together. I love the Greatlance in Dark Souls after using it in a DS3 mod, so now I want a Lance. A long range thrust attack that hits multiple times and targets weak points, but that alone won't be enough for a vocation. Pairing that with a throwing class would be neat, as the video suggested, skills based around having the things staked around. Let's look at some other inspiration. How about Bravely Second? What about a "Spellcraft" class, like Bravely Second's Wizard. It's skills are purely Affinities, like on the Mage, but extended to Ailments and support effects, like "Celerity Affinity" and "Tar Affinity". Using the Vocation Ability opens a second skill window like in DD1, but these "second skills" are core skills you buy and each one changes delivery method for your spell, this spell inherits your current Affinity (no affinity = typeless offensive magic). Choosing one will start incant. Example: You cast Heal Affinity on yourself, hold Vocation Ability and choose Blast. Your spell will let you choose an ally (or a manual location) which creates an explosion that heals allies and neutrals. Example: You cast Sleep Affinity on yourself, hold vocation Ability and choose Bolt. Your spell will let you target an enemy which fires a high speed homing projectile that has a good chance of inflicting sleep. Not sure what weapon though, this game doesn't want us to have a weapon shared between classes, so it'd have to be something new, and another staff is boring, though, a quarterstaff, a real bonking stick would work... Or perhaps a wand + book, and call it our Thief+Mage. It's no Dagger Magick though. Another idea is a "Possession", like Bravely Second's Guardian. However, it might be difficult to design a class around this idea, it might be better to attach that to a Trickster skill. The ability to possess an allied pawn so you play as them until they get KO'd or some kind of keypress is made, like Sheath or Grab. Or the other way around. The ability to target an allied pawn and pull their soul into you, KOing them but granting you a portion of their based stats as long as they stay downed. A scythe would be appropriate. The mention of a ninja gave me this idea: Regardless of how likely or unlikely it may seem, I think an expansion that takes you to a Feudal Japan/Ghost of Tsushima-esque land could be really interesting, especially if they kept the "beasts based off mythology and folklore" aspect, adding Yokai or something. And I don't know about completely new vocations, but I think 3 "regional variants" of Fighter, Warrior and Thief would be really cool. Thief -> Ninja, Fighter -> Samurai, etc. Idk what warrior would be called lol. But ninjas would use Kenai, shuriken, jutsus, etc and while I think they'd probably have dual daggers the fighting style would be different, locking most of their weapons to that class because they're designed for their combat style, not Thief's (which is basically just a bandit). Same deal with samurai where they use katanas, but no shield. And for the warrior equivalent, odachis for slashing damage (I think that's the name) and giant clubs that look like Rajang's greatsword from MH for striking damage that have better knockdown/stagger stats. Idk how popular that idea would be, probably kinda niche, but I think it sounds cool, if not at least very interesting.

At the very least maybe Monk as an advanced green vocation and a heavy arbalest like heavy bowgun in MH for advanced yellow. These could also be pawn vocations which are pretty limited atm. Mystic Spearhand should've probably been green/blue. No brainer to bring back Mystic Knight or some variation on a tower knight with access to fun stuff like magic cannon. A yellow/green vocation could be interesting, maybe not Strider but this could be the throwing weapon vocation, like you mentioned. I'd personally like to see some sort of whip-oriented vocation, make it magical, so it's like Brontide's spiritual successor. And of course they could retroactively add pink and purple vocations to fill in Trickster's colors. Alchemist and Necromancer, mayhaps?

I just want a monk class, so that I can throw these hands to knock monsters on their ass. Was hoping Alchemist would get brought in too, it’s the only thing I’d looked up about DDO. And as far as Mystic knight abilities go, I wish they would bring back ruinous sygil and magic cannon. Ruinous Sygil would be incredible to be added to Trickster, luring enemies in its radius to deal damage and knock up. Magick Cannon would be hilarious on Mystic Spearhands whirlwind slash.

Ranger became my favorite from DD. They really screwed over the archer vocation making you have to actually set a skill AND carry whatever arrow type you want to use. For DD2 I’ve been playing warfarer that is basically all mystic spearhand and I just keep a bow to open locked doors, and the electric daggers to take out Medusa. I really wish you could set 3 skills for each vocation the warfarer switches to. It’s just too limited otherwise.

We need the Mystic knight back, also a Necromancer, Monk and a Blademaster (Vergil like combat), and add a lot of new skills for existing vocations, plus like 50 new monsters and bosses and challenging difficulty.

I'd be quite surprised if we don't get at least one or two new vocations once the inevitable DLC is released. As for what those new classes could be, who knows, there's definitely a lot of room for just about anything. A proper pugilist class could be fun, and since this series is made by Capcom, you could do some Street Fighter moves as Meister skills. One that comes to mind would be a proper monster tamer class that goes further than the few skills Trickster does involving manipulating monsters. Call it "Beast Breaker" or something like that. Start off by controlling a single goblin or harpy, then work your way up to some of the larger creatures, all while using a whip to lash enemies. Speaking of monster control, maybe something that allows you to transform into a monster for a period of time and use their abilities. Might be tricky since larger monsters like griffons and drakes would be hard to play as (and likely not usable within narrow spaces like caves and tombs), but that would definitely be fun to turn into an ogre and tussle with another ogre or just go ape on a cyclops.

The new vocations were the most disappointing aspect of DD2. Mystic Spearhand is the only one that's fine, Warferer is a massive disappointment due to how limited it is and Trickster should have not even being a thing in the first place, it's extremely boring and it's whole gimmick it's pointless. They way Warferer skill binding should be is that each weapon you select to use on it allows you to bind three different skills from it's vocation instead of just having three general slots, not only is very restrictive but there's no point in equipping more than two weapons. If you're on PC there's a mod that actually allows to do that (true warferer) and the class is ten times better. As for Trickster it should not have even been a thing, it's so bad there are some instances in which you can't even make progress if you are playing the class, the Talos fight for instance is literally undoable with this class. They should have either implemented the Monk which was mentioned that it was cut from the first game, bring back the Mystic knight or implement a DDO class instead of this. Like for real who even plays this class?

I want a diablo 3 wizard style class. Focused on aiming like archer but quick casting direct damage spells and mobility with teleporting. More single target beams and arcane bolts/blasts spells over elemental aoe magic. More control spells like a dome AOE timeslow instead of support spells. Amulet or gauntlet on hand as weapon. Can have some melee spells like elden ring magic swords. More action stylish caster, like the pure magic version of mystic spearhand. The drip as cool and less robe-like d3 wizard too.

The best vocation was Ranger, by far. It was the only one that could reliably quick farm Ur Dragon, Death and Daimon. I’m not saying it was the most fun, just the most efficient followed closely by Assassin.

A monk class 100%. Another channel suggested the monk as the red/green hybrid. no magic but very heavy on mobility and specialised in counters, maybe even as the base vocation action. I also think a green/blue vocation could be really cool, give it like dual wands, a teleport as class action and a core skill to shorten the charge time on their spells if they hit basic attacks without getting hit. I would really like to see the missing advanced vocations too, so we have more options for pawns aswell. Maybe a trapper vocation as an advanced form of thief? For advanced yellow I'd like to say something like a crossbowman/arbalist with a focus on slower attacks and knockdown. somewhat like a ranged version of a warrior.

Personally did not like any suggestions here, they were all kind of boring and a varient of what we already have. They can add somethign along the lines of a Warlock, a Necromancer/Summoner, Paladin, Monk, Dualwielding 2 handed swords warrior. All of those would get players way more excited imo.

I'd love to see Trickster reworked to be somewhat more active with malady applications to keep you active and effective in combat. After that, I really like the idea of a magical hoplite. It could be a good mix of brutal melee attacks and your conjured javelin fighter. This way you'd get a good skirmisher with an exciting and expansive workspace that would also work in well with the depictions of the spear/shield wielding warriors to the north.

i would love like a samurai style melee build that focuses melee damage, parries, deflects and putting enemies into stuns that allow you to do high damage single finishing blows. its main weapons would ofcourse be katanas. another idea i would love is a pirate style build that uses 4 blunderbuss style weapons that would fight similar to how edward kennway did in Ac4 black flag. Give it access to stun grenades (like how strider had its firecrackers that stunned) and smoke bombs, while giving it high ground mobility with rolls and dodges you can fire the guns from.

The alchemist would be cool, I would like to see it have some flask throwing abilities and mixing up toxins or chemicals weapons from monster parts, maybe a passive chance to craft better items or improve the quality of items up to the all heals etc. I believe there was some kind of necromancer in ddo, a class that could resurrect dead enemies for a time or reserve one as a pet would be neat maybe it would take away pawn slots or something to compensate. I really like the idea of a warrior ranged class with no magic because we have too many magic and ranged vocations already I would like to see something that has a variety of weapon sub types which have different properties the way they should have done for trickster. Ex: throwing hammers can bounce to nearby enemies or secondary hit zones on big enemies, daggers could blight have the fasted throw speed and range, javelins/throwing spears could slow enemy movement and give hand holds for pawns or you to climb even on terrain, axes could create temporary weak spots, maybe even chakrams or boomerangs that return to you. You could have a set number of each throwable and have to collect/have pawns retrieve them for you with limited melee capability with each one. Throw in some agro management that increases with your dps but drops when you are out of weapons for core abilities, the ability to disorient/blind enemies you hit in the head, bonus damage when you have the high ground. skills that apply some status effects that are under utilized, slow, explosive, stun, extra range/ power on throws with a running start, a modified blitz strike that throws a projectile before following up with a charging strike that also works vertically, a weak blocking skill that causes you to shed throwables but deals retaliation damage, a skill that when staggered and off balance you can throw a weapon to regain your stance. Gotta think about an ultimate but this would be pretty sick.

yeah um mystic knight could use a staff but it had like 1 unique spell for sleep or curse or something... oh yeah, it was sleep but that was it. the rest were mag spells, as it used a normal staff. i would appreciate another half caster that had more spells that were unique to it. the blocking turning into elemental effects sounds sort of like just reusing/reworking the mystic knight's counter skills: if you have one up, only 1 at a time, and parry essentially the shiled would shot the enemy with the assigned element of the spell. there were 5 o these, 1 for each element, in dd1. hell, with warfarer, you can make an assassin that more of what that was than it was in dd1 with fighter + thief + archer. lol the master's teaching for the flail could steal for hunting horn, have 3 abilities cued up to use one after the other but the master's teaching does a bigger AOE of all 3 in 1 move.

Mystic knight could use the mage staff and shield and it has a few spells unique to it, one I can remember sleeps enemies that walk near you. If it had more unique skills and spells than borrowing from mage and sorcerer and fighter, it could be very interesting. Its shield spells were cool, but could use a visual change to look unique from mage, especially with fire, lightning, and ice

I love Skyrim's bound weapons so I'd love to see something like it, be able to look like you have no weapon but then you can summon different types of weapons would be cool. (Or maybe just an expansion of Warfarer so you get more abilities)

Practically I don't see more than one new vocation coming to DD2 as with item and some universal equipment, you can see what vocations can use that piece of gear and with that said you can clearly see there is only enough room on that vocation symbol indicator for 1 new vocation. I don't see anymore coming to the game than what evidence would point to unless the devs completely overhaul the item description & info hub for every item just to fit more than one dlc vocation which is highly unlikely. Tho it is possible to have vocations added that can't use universal gears to keep from having to alter the item hub & info. Its more likely the devs will add 1 new vocation and add new weapon types and skills tied to said new weapons instead to preexisting vocations.

Unarmed Fighter Vocation please. I wanna punch a dragon in the face. Maybe just straight up brawler with a melee focus or a more monk inspired mystic fist fighter with magic skills to give elements to punches. I really like the idea of a vocation that weaves skills in with normal and heavy attacks seamlessly or a melee fighter with elemental skills that focuses on exploiting the weaknesses of enemies.

Proper polearms wou be fun. Axes are strangely absent in this world as well. As for vocations maybe they cou make somethin that's focused on debuffs an it gets a damage boost the more debuffs a target has? Have it use a scythe cause that feels appropriate an wou be cool. Maybe it uses swingy polearms in general like poleaxes an lucerne hammers an such.

I would like a type of bruiser or brawler build that uses fists or gloves and gauntlets as the weapons. Using suoerman punches and elbows lol. Another vocation I'd also like is a berserker type of build with dual axes like a viking warrior and having skils that consume health but increase damage.
