I passed by this last night. It was a Tesla Model S

I was thinking it looked like a Tesla, that explains the super hot fire. It also explains how the occupants survived that drop. Super safe cars in the initial crash, but you have to get out before the batteries ignite. The battery pack starts as a slow burn, than gets super intense. 😢

Older drivers suck. I see it all the time. It’s becoming a real problem, I was at the Glendale DMV and older people are clueless there. A woman trying to pass her drivers exam was on her fourth try. Geez! And these people are all over the streets. I have a neighbor at 94 and still driving.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed that 99% of Tesla drivers suck. Too bad they can't use that money to buy some common sense or hand-eye coordination.

Because of their age, it was most probably a medical issue. When that happens, the driver usually steps on the gas because of the body's reaction. That's probably why it never stops till it drop down.

Tesla Model S Plaid. You notice the whole undercarriage is burning, that's where the batteries are. It'll be a while before that fire is out. It'll have to be submerged or covered in dirt for a week.

It's truly heart-stopping to hear about incidents like these. The unpredictability of life on the road reminds us to cherish every moment and always prioritize safety. I hope everyone involved is okay and that this serves as a reminder for all of us to be vigilant and supportive of one another, especially in challenging times. Let's keep spreading kindness and looking out for each other. Stay safe!

The car "BURST" into flames as they show a video clip of it fully enveloped. FAKE NEWS! Yet somehow the passengers had exited the vehicle after it landed and even enough time for passers by to stop and assist. Burst?

Causing the car to burst into flames over night? So I guess everyone was able to escape the very slowly igniting fire. Also, ‘freeway’ is not a proper noun and should not be capitalised, and ‘overnight’ is not a real word. Tell us you're using DEI hires without telling us you're using DEI hires.

It is the law to stop if you are the first to witness an accident. Glad people stopped to help. Once the car was in flames there’s no way the people inside would survive. It’s pretty miraculous that they did survive.
@laurat1129
7 ай бұрын
No, it’s not the law. If you’re in any way involved in the accident, then yes, you must stop. Yet while it’s the kind thing to call 911 and assist if possible, it’s not legally required for passersby to render aid. This is especially true if they’re unable to do so personally and safely without further endangering themselves, the victims, and others, or if it would hamper the efforts of rescue crews, possibly creating even more casualties. In water safety, this is called “double-drowning”. Whether in the water or on the roadway, there’s such a thing as a “Good Samaritan Law”, but it clearly says that only professional rescuers are required to help.
