Dream Theatre is so amazing... they unite every single genre of music into their work. You look on other bands on youtube, and their are always negative comments in the comments section. But with dream theatre, there are no negative comments. They are the only band I can think of that can write music that everyone will like. They are amazing, and songs like this just epitomizes it. Dream Theatre is made up of musical gods.

If there ever was a song that deserved to be called masterpiece, then it's this one. I must have listened to it dozens of times by now - and still, I never grow tired of it. It's the overall feeling this song conveys. The whole atmosphere. The images it conjures up in your mind. There's lots of good songs out there. But this one here is a class of its own.

omg. i'm crying. i can't believe it. My favorite band for 16 years. Only with DT you can understand the word "MUSIC" . This song is a masterpiece. I'm sure that this song will be remember for decades. THX DT. I had the privilege to see them in mexico, city and san diego and they are awesome. I remember when they played in mexico city i was crying the whole concert. AMAZING.

This song epitomizes their entire career. Great melodies, awesome drums, vocals, YOU NAME IT!! They pulled out all the stops on this one. Heavy with enough melody to make you sit and listen. Absolutely perfect.

This might sound weird, but the part starting around 1:41...that's how I imagine death to feel like. The feeling I get from listening to that is the kind of peace I imagine death is.

@asp4eva no the thing is, they only denied because they just spent months finding a new drummer, and they can't just throw him away. mike didn't really want to come back anyways, he was just doing it for the fans. once this next album is out of the way, and mike actually wants to come back of his own accord, dream theater will almost guaranteed welcome him back, provided he gives them more than a months notice before they are set to record

I missed Mike Portnoy. There is a line "I just don't understand." In this song and explain thing. This is how Mike Portnoy left the band. The other band member just didn't understand Mike Portnoy really need a break. It's not like his gonna quit, but then he just left because DT wants to move on. GUYS PLEASE JUST HAVE A BREAK. CONVINCE MIKE PORTNOY BACK TO HIS ORIGINAL BAND. I REALLY LOVE THIS DREAM THEATER SONGS. I WISH MIKE PORTNOY BACK TO DREAM THEATER AGAIN.
