Thanks. A helpful video. Dreame L20 works sometimes, sometimes not. Then mapping again usually helps. The big problem is the carpets. You have to move all smaller carpets, otherwise it will stuck and stop. It is a problem for us who are not able to do it because of age and illness.

You left out the part of the extendable mop riding up the baseboard which could cause damage . While this is a paid sponsorship you should also be more transparent and willing to be more critical of what your reviewing

@@Allaiya. Is there video evidence of the problem? Inside the settings, you have options on how this feature works, or to turn it off. As well as only some rooms (via type/modes of cleaning). My personal experience is it's not a problem because the robot navigates in a straight line and doesn't get close enough for the pads to do more than barely touch the baseboards. I don't see how it would be possible even if it did. The pads are connected by magnets, and the arm extension is spring loaded. The robot is very heavy, and the pads spin counter to its direction of travel. I would guess any complaints are user errors or supposition . Because the pads are soft and extend beyond the mounting frame. Otherwise, they'd (both) scratch up everything. And this would be true of any robot. For example, This machine as well as Roborock, back up near corners and objects to get their pads (both) against edges. My suggestion, try it. If it doesn't suit your needs return it. Paint is a few dollars a can, so what you got to lose?

Hello, What happens to the liquid that got sucked up while vacumming? Does it end up in the dust bin? and what happens when it goes back to the base and the self emptying happens does the dust bag sucks up the liquid as well?

This vacuum is not recommended for sucking fluid in contrast to what was said in the review.

The beans are collected by the silicone brush and go directly to the solid waste tank. Liquids are trapped by the mops that automatically clean and dry at the base, sending them to the dirty water tank.

I have the dreane L10s Ultra and love it. I alread preorderd tried the discount on the L20 and can't wait! I don't believe these type of mopping robots were designed to clean up spills. My old Irobot Scooba would. These are more for mopping dry floors. At least that what I use mine for. I also have the Eufy X9 Pro and it's a great robot as well.

Will you give an update review now that you have the L29? I’m gonna have to splurge on this bc these mopping features are exactly what I desire.

You can usually clean them out by either vaccuming (ironic i know) or shaking them out. But they get clogged so would only reccomend doing once or twice

Too much work cleaning the vacuum the bins , the filters buying new bags, filters, mops, batteries and all very expensive. Traditional vacuum and mopping still the best option and you get a free workout. Some tasks we humans are still better at than robots. Go for a nice holiday for that money instead
