I just had to come back here and give my testimony. I was hospitalized Thursday with a stroke level 4 BP of 248/156. They pumped me full of medicine that had me feeling like death. They diagnosed me with low potassium. I got out Sunday and BP was still high even going back up into the 200's never dropping below 185 on the BP medicine. After drinking the hibiscus tea and eating potassium rich food I am down to 139/92 in ONE DAY!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! It's still high but coming from stroke level 4 I am seeing results and I'm done with the medicine! So excited! Thank You Lord and thank you Dr. Berg!

After 15 years of taking high blood pressure medication I found a natural remedy that I use and I no longer have high blood pressure at all! For a year now, my blood pressure has been normal WITH BEET JUICE! Of course, important segments are normal exercises (walking), reduce salt, fat, alcohol, coffee, reduce but do not eliminate, but the holy medicine for high blood pressure is beet juice! Also, beetroot juice must be drunk in moderation, because if you drink, say, an entire glass your blood pressure can drop below normal! So, who has high blood pressure, half a cup of beet juice before noon and half a cup after noon! And you don't need that therapy every day, just sometimes! I now drink one cup a week, sometimes two!

I am recovering from surgery so at the time I was still on meds, having pain etc. My BP was 179/110, which is very unusual for me. I ate blueberries 🫐 drank hibiscus 🌺 tea in the evening and only water. Today when I went to my appointment, my pressure went down to 122/70!!! I am so grateful 🙏🏽 for you giving us the info that's gonna save our lives. I even lost 6 lbs. I wish you could be my doctor. If you aren't eating a high sodium diet, also look into celery smoothies or celery juice. It really helps with blood pressure. @@priyankadsa3488 No prob. Yes some people leave it up to 2 hours before wash to give a stronger colour, however for the majority of people it's a bit tiring to wait that long, especially that henna is very heavy on the head ( unlike normal hair colour), and as long as you leave it as more it will be dry and ( dry soil) like when u wash it out ( and a bit messy) yet the minimum for the henna to work is 40 min.

I was introduced to hibiscus tea in the Sinai while on a scuba vacation on the Red Sea. It was dark red, almost purple. They would serve it with breakfast in small glasses, about 6 ounces. It was a great addition to my diet and I still drink it 10 years later. It is very calming too. Like lisinopril that reduces your levels of norepinephrine (adrenaline). My morning drink is equal parts hibiscus tea, cranberry juice and pomegranate juice.
