This anti-inflammatory drink has helped me a lot! I usually take it for 3 days (it quickly relieves my stomach aches). Fighting inflammation isn't always easy...but simple natural recipes can help relieve symptoms. It's a family remedy. In general we like to accompany it with Kombucha! Good tasting !
