Ambala Chandigarh Expressway is four-lane 35 km long, high-traffic density corridor.
It was completed in 30 months at a cost of ₹298 crore (US$43 million). The expressway has been operational since December 2009 and was constructed by the GMR Group with assistance from the World Bank.
It is a part of NH 152 which is 155 km long highway and runs from Panchkula to Narwana in Haryana.
