m∆V=f∆t Solve for f. The problem is you would need to know the time duration of the impact which has many factors - did it embed or bounce back? If it embedded you can use F = (m × g × h) ÷ d where 'd' is the depth of the impact. This is why cars are designed to crunch upon impact. By lengthening the duration of the impact as the car crunches, you reduce the ultimate force on the object (and those strapped into it). Hope this helps!
