6 months into practicing the technique, I keep coming back to review and I've seen some great progress. I can keep a steady 1/8 note beat at 120 now, I gotta say these videos were super helpful Joe. The routine with triplets really took me to the next level and helped me get outside of trying to always push with leading beats and pull with the off beats. Back when I was learning guitar, I similarly practiced starting riffs on upstrokes and finishing on downstrokes. It helps to get your brain wrapped around timing more than technique. Thanks man, I'm slowly getting there 😃

Got to get these down! Had a horrific right wrist injury that’s had 7 bone crunching operations on .... My technique wasn’t that great before anyhow but now it’s diabolical!! Can’t get around the kit! So it’s push pull, moellor and finger excersizes for the rest of my life!!!

also possible to change by a 7/8 or 15/16 or to think in 3x3 = triplets in 3/4 = 9/8 or even 3x3x3 = 3x9/8

True. Though that's harder to do if you're playing to a 1/4 note click. You could program a click with a bar of 7/8 or 15/16 into PolyNome ;)
