@Rayna If you haven't had it mentioned to you already i recommend you check out the Drummer from the band 'The Warning' -Pauline. * (She's one of three sisters in a metal band from Mexico). She's been drumming for a few years now & is only a teenager. She sings some of the songs while Drumming & is pretty spectacular to watch playing. Dust to Dust or Survive, would be 2 songs worth checking out. I've just found your channel but have enjoyed some good laughs @ the drumming video's you've reacted to.

I'm a 30year old female and just starting out, and people like her are so inspiring! I've always wanted to play drums but just never started because I thought it was "too late" or embarrasing to be this crap as an adult. But this year I decided to just jump into it and I'm having a blast! You have inspired me alot, and is partly the reason to why I decided to start. Thank you so much for your hard work and enthusiasm! I wish you could be my teacher. Also hope you are staying strong with the quitting! I quit a few months ago. And please make more covers!!

Loved it the first time I saw it❤ mama's banging🥁🤟🤘 I know I looked the part 30 years ago when I had long gorgeous blond hair. No one was surprised that I played guitar, bass, and drums. Now, being old fat and bald, it's a shock to those that don't know me. I recently started playing lead guitar at my church. Like I said, everyone was shocked. I just asked the pastor one day if he'd like a guitar added in. It was only him on keyboard and a drummer, and every once in a while his son on trumpet. Since then we've added a bassist and hopefully another guitarist and if I can get my bashful wife to, a violinist.

It's kind of funny how the young(er) generation somtimes (!) underrate the "old" ones :-) I'm getting "older" myself - just turned 39 three days ago! - and the younger people (14-24) have a lot of prejudices! And it's always the same game they play, but which they do mostly loose! :-) Like - for example: "We are young, we are cool! We do ride the skateboard! You are old! You probably don't even know what a skareboard is!!!" < Me riding the pipes since the late 80s ... be sure, I'll show them some tricks on the board they can't do without another 5 years of practice! ;-) Or: "You are old! You don't know nothing about computers, internet and stuff!" < Me went online in 1992 and had my first homepage - without using any tools - in 1996! They weren't even born back then! And in the year 2000 I was done with my education as an "online media designer", which is still part of my job (as a company owner). And the last one I got: "This is a new smartphone! You are to old to use ist, 'cause it's new technologie and you won't understand it!" < Me: Well, I'm the guy who developed and programmed the software they use on their smartphone! Check the credits from this app and my name will appear!" *hahaha_i_might_be_old_but_not_dead ^^+gg Anyway! I'm pretty sure that you and everybody else got the point! And if not - or anybody want's to diss me for my bad english skills and grammer - ... well: I do write, read, hear and speak 9 languages! English is not my native tounge and language - and i need to get used to it again! ;) Anyway: All the best and a nice, safe 2020 to everybody! Cheers!

I was just thinking about this recently! Isn't it ironic that many people in my generation (Generation Z) are mocking the very generation that laid the groundwork that eventually made their smartphones possible? Those 'boomers' practically started the digital age, and younger generations simply took their work for granted. It makes no sense to me why the 'OK Boomer' meme even exists.

Paulina Villarreal (The Shredder) is the drummer for a very talented girl band THE WARNING . I believe she, with Alejandra (the bassist), creates the basis for building incredibly good songs! I would love to hear your opinion about this drummer wich is also a singer with a great voice and the band main composer. The band consists of 3 sisters from Monterrey-Mexico, aged 20, 18 and 15. I leave you the link for their song "SURVIVE", played on a TedX event, where you can watch Paulina in action: kzitem.info/news/bejne/pmxouYqshalqeX4 Thanks

@@RaynaVandel Here you go: kzitem.info/news/bejne/1ppm1qx_gmWKqoI kzitem.info/news/bejne/1ouqxX54hqGUfoI They formed 2013 in Tokyo, around the rhythm guitarist Miku Kobato, she gathered the lead guitarist Kanami Tono who brought the drummer Akane Hirose with her. The bass player Misa was a former schoolmate of the drummer. Together they did a casting for the singer Saiki. They already had a US-/Europe-tour. Miku's vision was to present Rock/Metal music with the optics of the common maid cafe style. And like I said above, they shred like hell!! All of them, the drummer was called a gorilla in an interview, the bass player can play all three styles and the lead guitarist can finger tap like it's nothing. They sound live as perfect as in the studio recording, I have watched a lot of live videos, I have yet to spot a mistake in a song they played.
