Dry age brisket for 60 days! Using the UMAi dry bags seems to really work. It looks just like the pictures and the videos I’ve seen of dry aged meat that dark red heart exterior that you had to cut away that revealed the beautiful dark red meat. I’m excited to try it did that from November 13 2023 to January 10, 2024.
