Love to see a close up of the knife. I love big blades. I have a old marbles trailmaker blank from the old us stock. I just can't decide on what kind of handle to put on it. I might just buy a ontario sp5 it's the same pattern. It just doesn't have marbles convex grind. Plus I'd feel better beating a $50 knife then a unreplaceable one. I don't understand how anyone justify buying these expensive knives nowadays. Especially since I have a habit of losing stuff. I'd never get any rest worrying about my gear if I spent $100's of dollars on everything. Maybe that's just my generation and upbringing. My grandfather was ww2 everything I used was recycled or bought from sunny surplus. He said if it was good enough for a war it ought to work for a Boy Scout. Since we was a little army of curtain climbing home wreckers. That was one of his more PG comments. If you know what I mean. Lol
