Upgrade the starter to eliminate the solenoid. I did it on my 89 gt and added a push button start

Everything is looking good brother.. 2 things... for sheetmetal mounting... I use "blind rivets" otherwise called "riv nuts" its a must have tool. harbor freight has a cheap one of course. I got mine from grainger 20 years ago... the nuts come in multiple sizes, steel and aluminum. You'll love it... oh and junk that starter solenoid.. use an explorer setup. one tip tho... use a junction block to split the power wire. i only run a power and solenoid wire to the starter itself.. dont use the lug on the starter as the junction for the alternator etc.. messy and too hot! Good luck bro... heres a link to eastwoods version of the riv nut gun.. www.eastwood.com/astro-pneumatic-hand-rivet-nut-kit-w-rivet-nut-assortment.html?SRCCODE=PLA00020&gclid=CjwKCAjw7e_0BRB7EiwAlH-goNkZb5ZGDpx05v-VZB9HZRT5vdxrE4182-gjEA6uvm1jInpeaZ9I3BoC0a8QAvD_BwE

Are you going to put a radius on bottom plate 8 holes of upper plenum? I just noticed the sharp corners. Little veturis inside would be nice but too much work.

As far as the soldering goes, i just use a minitorch. Just dont burn the wires and you'll be alright! Iron takes way too long.

Looking good, it’s gonna take some time but the wiring is critical, it’s a good thing to take your time on, otherwise you end up doing it again, or worse doing it over

you can maybe fabricate/create a rubber boot for the solenoid.

Should watch Richard holdners videos. He bolted one of those superchargers on an LS and it lost HP. Youre making just a lot of heat and very little boost with even two. Do the CFM research, i dont think youre going to make the boost you want and still keep intake charge temps manageable.

All these solid aluminum plates, that are mounted structurally to a cast iron mount... i mentioned my worry about the cast hole mounts a while back... with so much structural rigidity with all the aluminum... makes me worry about the weakest link.. Hopefully im overthinking it
