Enjoy your dualtron. Singapore used to have a vibrant dualtron culture. But due to new laws, we had no choice but to switch to smaller escooters or other forms of electric vehicles. Now dualtrons have largely disappeared. It’s like it didn’t even exist. Enjoy it whilst it last. When it becomes too popular and too many, people may start complaining and the government might ban it. So enjoy it as much as u can now.

You're right on the money bro! My current hobby was inspired by a once vibrant culture in SG. In few weeks, I'm heading to Synergy to get a custom battery bag for parallel batteries connection + few items I left with Samuel a few years back. Due to so many factors, Melbourne is unlikely to be flooded by escooter. Honestly, I still see more Moped powered bicycle than ebike here ???

AWESOME! I'll be in SG 7-9 Jan 2019 .. but I've not confirmed with Samuel yet if he opens the shop. I tried to contact Aelvin, but he was at the airport heading back to SG and didn't get a chance to talk to him. Then if everything goes well, I will be back to SG in few weeks to pick up my order. If I am still alive through this project, I am looking forward to send just a chassis and join 130km/h+ club :o

Lighting Thunder it’s best to just contact Samuel directly. U can try their Facebook page or use messenger. If all else fails I can help u hook up with him. The shop can get quite busy everyday. And they open Monday to sat from 1pm onwards. So u can be sure he will be there.

That's exactly what I did, but I haven't got a respond from him yet. I'll try to call to Samuel through his mobile and see what happen from there onward. I was there when Dualtron 2 Limited just came out and wanted to turn it into 100km/h+ club, but something went wrong and I left the chasis in its original box with Samuel until now hahaha

Mate if you fall you ll be badly injured if not worse. Also coming from experience with my own scooter, people can be very unpredictable as they can change their direction at an instance to 90 degrees or stop, etc. If you hit someone you ll be in serious trouble. Take care.

Good demonstration of suspension , looks comfy, I wish there was cheaper version with 300-500watt motor max. Kinda sad that if there is proper dual suspension it has to be 3-5kw 30-40kg monster. And if there is weaker motor it has to be rugged shitty small wheels... I don`t want to ride 50kmh, bicycle speeds are plenty eh. Keep it safe, good video.

I’m using factory rubber, but I changed the suspension to the lowest settings. This changed in suspension angles enhanced it’s ability to soak-up bumps. I weighted 75 kg and has no issues with it. Thanks for stopping by. Cheers!

Lightning Thunder when you say factory rubber does that mean you have changed what it come with or not ? Dualtron sell four different types to suit each individual. Thanks for quick reply. Ray K UK. YNWA

Ray Keogh I use the rubber that came with the scooter. The reason why I changed to the lowest setting because I was not happy with its default ride height. I could not enjoy banking from corner to corner. I knew that I had to try lowest setting (reduce center of gravity) and I discovered this benefit of its ability to soak bumps by just the change in suspension angle. I’m happy how it performs now and could not find any reasons to swap for softer one as it may increase high speed instability.

Ps curious to find out how many dualtron scooters in melb given price and availability my guess another 5 if we lucky...

Sorry, I missed out this comment. Anyhow, you're absolutely right. We are blessed to have so many bike trials in Melbourne and I will also be riding E-scooter until the day its taken from me. I've my eyes on an autonomous camera drone for quite a while so that I could have my "personal" camera man following me around. At this time, there are some few good ones but they are ridiculously expensive. My best bet for now is to wait for Skydio to release their R2 model in the future. 4K60FPS + Higher topspeed maybe...

This train is capable of 100km/h. I know this because I used to drive side by side with it in other suburb. In this video, however, it took place in a crowded area and one station is not that far from another. The reason why "Dualtron Thunder" won because it had to stop and reload passengers.
