Dubai may be rich, but it's a soulless and tedious place to live. Anyone who's spent a few years there knows exactly what I mean. Flaunting wealth in Dubai often leads to a hollow existence and a diminishing sense of fulfillment.

Butik bintang area of Kuala Lumpur is rich af. Like I’m from San Francisco and even to me downtown KL near the pavilion mall is insanely wealthy. Litelrly everyone driving Ferraris, Lambos, Porsches, Bentleys. I even saw the new rolls Royce specter there. Driving a G wagon in KL is like driving a Honda civic. Not to mention the really surge amount of Luxery options, more and more Luxery is coming to Kuala Lumpur. I was staying at the ritz Carlton, but the amount of Luxery hotels was crazy, there was ST Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri La, JW Marriott, EQ, four seasons place with shoppes, and Waldorf Astoria was opening as well. As for Luxery real estate, the ritz Carlton residences are there, pavilion suites, are opening. If you like Luxery shopping Kuala Lumpur is haven, litelrly every single designer store is in KL. I saw 7+ LV locations, Hermes, Chanel, Prada, gucci, givenchy, Off white, loro piana, Richard Mille, etc. EVERYTHING is there, and they’re constantly opening up more.

Of course after being surrounded by Homelessness and Drugs in San Francisco, almost every place seems insanely wealthy. Live in Dubai, Switzerland, Monaco, Singapore, Miami, Tokyo or even Bangkok and then compare this to KL

@@Samuel_Aziz_Boubaous well not all of San Francisco is like that. It actually a very affluent city with a lot of nice areas but yes there is a lot of homeless people in certain areas and drug addicts.

@@Samuel_Aziz_Boubaous I’ve been to Bangkok, cities in China, Florida, Zurich and many other European cities as well, Kuala Lumpur is still one of the wealthiest I’ve seen. The other cities are also definitely wealthy but Kuala Lumpur was very opulent with what it had. Very similar to Dubai or Monaco. It is very obvious Kuala Lumpur has been heavily gentrified in recent decades and years.
