1) Arnold Press | 12 reps
2) Bicep Curls | 12 reps
3) DB Overhead Triceps Extensions | 12 reps
Perform 1-3 one right after the other.
Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat for a total of 4x.
4) Front to Lateral Raises | 12 reps
5) Static-Hold DB Curls | 12 reps/arm
6) Skull Crushers | 12 reps
Perform 4-6 one right after the other.
Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat for a total of 4x.
7) Bent-Over Rear Delt Flyes | 12 reps
8) 21s
9) Tricep Kickbacks | 12 reps/arm
Perform 7-9 one right after the other.
Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat for a total of 4x.
