What would you say the angle of forward leaning is for more glute focus?

Correct! The mechanics of the movement places more force from the glutes/hamstrings!

2 questions 1. If you progress to barbell is the barbell on the floor or on your back 2. Also if you do a sumo squat holding the dumbell in goblet position does the change muscles targeted or no?

@@r.ct.l1639 great questions! For a barbell, it would be up high on your back/traps :) and technically, that would be a goblet squat, which is very similar! The goblet squat places a bit more load on your quads

this is a compound movement, so it will work both your quads and your hamstrings, as well as your glutes! 😄
