Here in Europe, we prepare food from many nations. Different forms of dumplings are known all over the world. In this video, I present a Slavic version, the Polish dumpling, that is the pierogi with Slovak sheep cheese, also known as bryndza. You can choose whatever filling you prefer. Few people make this dish, even though it is very simple. I hope that my video helps you to dare to try it. I will come soon with one (or more) sweet versions. Enjoy :)
What you need:
125g of sheep cheese (bryndza) or another filling you prefer
1 potato
5 onions (middle size)
1 egg
300g of flour
oil
salt
1,5dl of water
sour cream
pepper
