I jump 74 centimeters but I don't know what exercises to do to increase my jump measuring 1.65, what exercises do you recommend?
@hoopin_nate

Kinda depends on how long you’ve been training but make sure your jump technique is perfect and jump a lot. Also, getting access to weights should be your number 1 priority and will allow you to maximize your gains. I would start out by getting really good at squats and power cleans. Once you do that you can dive into some more complex lifting cycles
