Received my Duraclutch today, install only took me 30 minutes and I will say it actually runs way better now. It does slow stop quickly if I let off the gas and since I live in Florida I don't have to worry about too many hills. I have a 2016 Polaris Ranger 900 XP and it worked perfectly, no needing any shims, nothing the belt was perfectly aligned.

Shouldn't this be in metric? It is an Italian/French/Indian production and assembly.

Would this be the same procedure for a 2015 Ranger Crew-6? Thanks. Nice vid.

+strpl2 the cost of the clutch system is 1200 dollars , but it makes the ranger the machine it was meant to be. worth every penny, polaris should make this standard equipment.

That part at 2:19 where he just holds the driven clutch and loosens the bolt? Yeah, I'm calling shenanigans on that.

Jeffrey, thanks for pointing this out. The method shown in the video usually works fine. If better method might be to put the transmission in park and then you won’t have to hold by hand. Mitchell

That didn't work for me either. I had to use the clutch spreader to jam the driven clutch in place against the shock spring in order to get the bolt loose. Perhaps it was just unusually tight on my 2016 Ranger?
