12 inch Dutch oven 375 degrees
Mix milk, cottage cheese, ground mustard, salt, pepper,nutmeg and cayenne pepper in blender. Rub butter onto the bottom and inside sides of dutch oven. Pour mixture from blender into dutch oven. Add noodles. Set a 1/4 cheese aside and pour the rest into dutch oven. Stir. Put 10 coals on the bottom and 18 on top and cook for 30 minutes. Lift lid and stir. Add 1/4 cheese that was set aside. Add 1 tablespoon butter. Cover and cook 20-30 minutes. Take off of heat and take coals off of top also. Cover and let rest 15 minutes. Enjoy.

1 cup cottage cheese (not low fat) 1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Pinch nutmeg
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon butter
8 ounces elbow noodles
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
