DUTCH OVEN COOKING | CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE | TRYING SOMETHING DIFFERENT
Instead of boiling the corned beef for 3 or 4 hours, I’ll pan sear, then finish in my LODGE dutch oven with onions, potatoes and cabbage. Total cook time for everything was 2 hours.
It was tender, and flavorful!
