Mr. York, happy to hear of your interest in the Jamaican job, we just need a system of play

As a Jamaican you sound sincere in your words. If you are selected I hope you improve the way we play. Our weakness is the midfield and creativity. That is where you need to fix so that we can string passes together and break a team down in build up play.

The best fit imo. He needs no intro to the inefficiencies of the Caribbean systems. He knows CONCACAF. And I like the idea of promoting and giving an opportunity to one of our own.

As a Jamaican I grew up im the 90's watching Dwight Yorke playing for Trinidad and Manchester United. I really didnt know much about his managerial skills.. This interview no doubt will impact positively how the average Jamaican football fan sees you as a potential coach for the Jamaican national team. The team as it is needs a solid system of play. Players that know their roles and are disciplined to follow through on such tasks. We also need a solid midfield which is frankly nonexistent for sometime now. Ole and Dwight might possibly be the front runner for this coveted job. Coach Hallgrimson was earning JMD $75,000,000 per year or USD $500,000. Now thats a tidy sum for . I suspect the figure for the new coach may well be highier. Best of luck to Dwight or whomever gets the nod of approval by the Jamaica Football Federation.
