Loved the ode to the tiny acorn! The oak trees in our front yard have been dropping loads this year, and the squirrels have been very busy. Another acorn fan here, I have them in little wooden bowls, I've used the caps for fairy dishes in my garden, I've made a quilt with acorn designs, I've wood burned them on wood and onto gourds, I've painted the in oils, along with their fluffy hunters, I have a pair of plate racks in my kitchen with metal oak leaves and 3-D amber acorns, I have acorn boxes, acorn bells and Christmas ornaments, I even planted one and started a bonsai for my daughter.(Did I mention I'm a fan too? lol) Love the acorn door knocker and all the other acorn creations! Felted acorns are something I've had on my crafting to do list a long time, maybe this will be the year. I know the native Americans made flour from them, I don't recall the process. When the light is good here I'll share a photo on IG. Thank you for sharing this lovely acorn story, have a great day!

Wow, the elderberries turned out great. They all turned out great. Love the blue. Watching this slow process of making something, with patience and love, is so soothing. Allthough it is hard work, it is working hand in hand with nature. In times like these, it it a true treasure. Watching you these days, made me use my old things again and not just have them for decoration. I live in a very old house in Germany and I have been collecting old and vintage things all my life. Some found their way to me as gifts and others I found in the oddest places. I do value technology as well, lol, because otherwise we could not share all this on KZitem, and of course in other, important areas as well, such as hospitals and so on. But it is very important to keep a good balance between nature and technology. I think there can be a healthy symbiosis, if we really try. Huggs from Rose Cottage, Schurwald Forest, Germany.

I love everything you do and show us but my absolute favorite part of your videos is when you do tea time. I could binge watch all the tea portions of your videos and never grow tired of them. The pottery, teas, baked goods, florals, stories, and your precious felt friends and their little teacups. I hope you continue this tradition! Much love to you! ❤️

I will continue with the tea time, it's the most fun to do after editing all the rest of the video clips!

You, Jeri Landers are without a doubt one (in my mind) of the most respected and admired citizens of this great big globe. Without ever meeting you, and to my dismay might never do, I hope when my time comes, to go to a realm where souls meet, I should find you there, or be a part of the welcoming group when your time comes. Much respect, honor, and immense admiration I send your way.

I loved your poem and it reminded me of one I found in my garden. It was a beauty but as I do not have its owner growing in my garden I wondered how it got there. I looked up and saw my answer. The wooden bird box up the tree had its entrance chewed a lot bigger than any bird would need and realised a squirrel was using it to winter store nuts

I love everything. When you said someone sent you this door knocker. I had been thinking of Bev. I just watched her video. Her new cottage is so much fun. I came across you, I will call it a story. Because the way you do all of your creations. You tell a story. So delightful on an evening full of fighting and awful things going on out there. That wool dye and making that squirrel was magical. It is a good thing that we all have different talents. I think they are God given. No matter what we do to create something we love. , My granddaughters were using my flowers this summer to make a dye. I never really thought about it before. Thank you Joyce

Oh, it's a different Bev. I love that your granddaughters were making dye with the flowers, probably Marigolds and Calendula, I'm going to do that next year, great oranges and yellows.

Hello Jeri I just found your precious YT channel a couple of days ago and I just love everything. I also had a pet squirrel when I was a pre teen. I named him Squeaky and love him so much. I have always loved wild animals and helped raise raccoon & deer. Today at 54 my husband and I have 2 chihuahuas we love and some of our dearest friends are in their 80s. We appreciate the simple things. I told my husband how much I love everything you do and told him "when I grow up I want to be more like you".❤ You seem to be such a kind Christian lady who loves GOD'S wonderful creations. I love your house, gardens your love to enjoy all these things and just making the most of life. When my husband retires he wants to move to TN. If you ever decided to open your garden or home for tea parties or volunteers to help in your garden or to admire your sweet fur & feathered babies I would surely love the pleasure. GOD bless & keep you and you🐀🐤🐿🐇🦆🪿🦋🐞🌹🌷🌻🥀🌿🪺🍁

One of my best friends is 20 years older than me, at 90yrs old. Common interests draw people together; a love for nature, animals, God, beautifully crafted items and interesting old things... to name just a few. I used to have an open garden day every year, but our younger dogs have not learned to be polite to strangers yet, and so we will have to hold off on garden visitors for awhile longer.

Jeri, I can’t begin to describe my delight at finding your throughly delightful channel. I love absolutely everything about it. I’m spellbound by your multitalented artistry. I find myself wanting to join you while gathering your treasures outdoors and then smelling your gingerbread cookies while they bake but most of all to join you for a cup of tea and your delicious looking soup. I can’t wait to watch the next video. 🐿🐿🐿🐿
