I’ve watched a lot of videos about this vacuum and this is by far the most helpful. I’m waiting for mine to arrive and now feel more confident about my purchase. The light weight and button on off switch were key features. I’ve saved this video so I can go back and watch it when it arrives. Perhaps I’ll add a paragraph later about my experience. Thank you so much for an excellent video.

Wow....thanks very much for that. Very clear, concise, and covered everything. Makes a change for someone to do that! A uk channel too! I only found you last week, and have only watched 3-4 videos, but they've all been excellent! 👏👏👏 I'm a technophobe, am disabled with chronic illnesses/pain, and am on my own, so finding new household items or tech is a nightmare. I also can't get to a shop to see things in the flesh. I've JUST spent a fortune on this model, and I'm really nervous about trying it! My health has been soooo bad these past few years, that the entire house is covered in a thick layer of dust. Getting out my old Meile causes a massive amount of pain and exhaustion, as it's soooo heavy. I've been needing a lightweight vacuum for years, but these cordless vacuums are sooo expensive, and are comparatively heavy, so I'm hoping that I will be able to use this one! I broke bones in my foot last week too, so haven't even got out of the box yet! I feel more confident to know what I'm doing now, so thanks so much. PS. If you are reading this, I would appreciate any advice about possibly buying a Liebherr 50/50 60cm wide fridge freezer. I've spent many hours researching, but can't find anything suitable, except possibly a Liebherr. It's more expensive than I had hoped, but if I managed to get a D rated one, hopefully, I'd get some of that money back via the lower electricity cost. My current FF is 290l net, with 200l fridge and 90l freezer. I need a bigger freezer area. I really need to get it via my local Eyronics shop (which I notice, is on your shirt), as they are very understanding about my disabilities RE: delivery and installation etc. They don't currently stock a suitable Liebherr, but I believe they can order in a specific item, if you request it. The Bosch 50/50 is no good, as one of the freezer drawers is waaay too big. Thanks

Thank you I bought yesterday I'm used to Miele cat and dog . Until I found the boost I was very disappointed . I then couldn't figure out why my charge was going off after 5 mins. So a big thank thank you for that . So my review really is I'm not a fan of the suction. The weight is great. Any advice on the suction and charge times would be greatly appreciated . Also can you take battery off and just charge it like your phone? Instead of having hoover on worktop. I will get round to putting bracket up if I keep it ! Last request can you review the Miele cordless thank you in advance 🦋
@lords-electrical
Жыл бұрын
The V12 was really designed about being lightweight rather than having a great suction. Its a shame if you have to use boost all the time as the battery won't last that long. It will normally take around 3-4 hours to fully charge but if you use the wall bracket then put it in there to charge so it is full when you come to use it. Its easier to just plug the charger into the vacuum but in theory you should be able to take the battery off to charge if you wanted to.
@scind2585
5 ай бұрын
Warning! No replacement battery for V12 seems to be available. I guess once the battery goes out you will have to replace the vacuum. This battery has been out of stock for at least a year. Did Dyson do this intentionally? We just purchased the vacuum but am disgusted because we cannot purchase a spare battery as Dyson recommends.
