Njan board വച്ച് കിക്ക് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ body relax ആവുന്നില ബലം വരുന്നു breath hold ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ body balam varunnu കുറച്ച് പുറത്ത് വിടുമ്പോൾ കിക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റൂ ഇപ്പോൾ 3-4 ദിവസമായി ബോർഡിൽ കിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് നടക്കുന്നു കിക്ക് ok ആകുന്നില്ല ഞാൻ വളരെ ആഗ്രഹിച്ച് സ്വിമ്മിങ് പഠിക്കാൻ ഇറങ്ങിയത്

ഓക്കേ body കു ബലം കൊടുക്കേണ്ട ആവിശ്യം ഇല്ല mind relax ആകു അപ്പോൾ body relax ആയിക്കോളും. ചിലപ്പോൾ ചെയ്യുന്നതിൽ എന്തെകിലും തെറ്റ് കാണും. പിന്നെ ബോർഡ് ഇല്ലാതെയും kick ചെയ്യാട്ടോ. Next വീഡിയോ അതിന്റെയാണ്.

The reason many be less flexibly of body, which may improve as you do more practice. It’s more important to lean breathing while swimming, than during kicking. So , practice and continue trying to breathe while kicking and swimming also.👍
