Journalist, author, and advice columnist E. Jean Carroll interviews author/psychotherapist Rhonda Findling on her talk show Ask E. Jean. The interview took place in 1996 about Rhonda's workshop she ran in New York city called "Don't Call That Man!" that was presented at the Discovery Center (a place for adult education classes and workshops similar to the Learning Annex). Rhonda also had a support group that she ran in Forest Hills under the same title "Don't Call That Man!" Eventually Rhonda wrote the book "Don't Call That Man! A Survival Guide To Letting Go" that was published by Hyperion in 1999 and translated into 8 languages.
In recent years, E. Jean Carroll gained significant attention for her allegations of sexual assault against former President Donald Trump, which she detailed in her 2019 book "What Do We Need Men For? A Modest Proposal". Her courage in speaking out has made her a prominent voice in the #MeToo movement.
Entertainment Weekly called Carroll "the most entertaining cable talk show host you will never see." Carroll and the show were nominated for a CableACE Award in 1995.
